My experience with this place was 4 years ago and it was terrible. Please fill in the blanks" type of help. Shut it down & re-open Workbc in Whistler please! The staff in Whistler was knowledgeable and useful. This place in NV not so much! LOL"

People working in this location are friendly and kind. The front desk associate, Aida, and other staff, including my case manager, Maryam, whom I worked with during the last couple of months, are nice and helpful. I'm thankful for the society we live in.June 12th, 2023

This place is wonderful. Everyone from the front desk staff to the case managers are there to fully support you. I have worked with Nahid over the course of years through different job changes, resume making or applications and she has always gone above and beyond to help me.Im grateful for this office and all their staff specially working throughout difficult times of Covid to keep supporting our community!

The case manager is not supportive at all!!! She even does not answer my emails. They just need the client information to cover themselves for their financial support.

Terrible service, no one knows what they suppose to do and just pass you to different department or organization.There is no privacy !!Just scam the government, there is no service.feel so disappointed and frustrated.

They dont let me use computer,because i didnt register .this in new(one week) rule and for registration they need sin number so I didn't take it every where. Useless

I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 ZERO STAR IF I COULD! WASTED YEARS HERE WITH MABEL DOING ENDLESS APPLICATION TO GET FUNDING BUT GOT NOWHERE! VERY LAME SERVICE TREATED ME DIFFERENT JUST BECAUSE OF MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES WHICH ARE RESOLVED NOW. NEVER GOING TO DEAL WITH WORK BC!! DO IT YOURSELF!~ WASTE OF TIME !! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AND THERE ARE OTHER WAY BETTER RESOURCES ONLINE!!!
