Great place! I just bought a car from Saskatoon and it ended up having a flat tire right before I was leaving, with everywhere closed (even fountain) I stopped by needing a fix extremely bad and everyone was very willing to help us out free of charge. Couldn’t be more happy with their services Thanks fountain tire you were lifesavers!

Went in and placed an order for the tires I wanted and was told they’re doing their lunch rotations and can’t help me out right now and that I can come back in a few hours - as if I have nothing else to do with my time - and that they would also text me once it was done. Never got a message or anything, I call back the next day and they said they still haven’t pulled them out and to give them a few more hours and to drop by then. I go an hour after the time they told me to drop by at and they’re at the desk talking while I stand there. Finally finish their conversation and acknowledge me so I explain the situation and they tell me they still hadn’t grabbed my tires so I was like “I’ve been waiting days and have an appointment to get them changed in 30 minutes so I need them NOW”, took someone about 5 minutes to go grab them after that conversation! Won’t be back considering they don’t value your business.

so the “manager” made a mistake today, and instead of changing the tire I asked to have changed, repaired a “flat” that didn’t exist before entering their shop, on the opposite side of the trailer. When I realized that they had not done what I asked, I politely called to let them know they made a mistake and I was bringing the trailer back to have the right tire replaced. This is when the self proclaimed manager came on the phone. He had the arrogance to accuse me of lying about what I instructed them to do, making up a conversation that never occurred. His ignorance got the better of me and I used some colourful language on him.Not only did he lie to place blame for his mistake on me, but he then proceeded to call up my employer to attempt to get me into trouble at my workplace. All I have to say is that I am sure glad we don’t have people like that where I work, and I feel badly for Fountain tire for having such people in such positions. If my boss makes me take his equipment there, fine! I wouldn’t personally take a bike tire to Fountain Tire Saskatoon.

I took my car in to get 4 new tires installed. I was originally told it would take around 1-1.5 hours so I just waited. Instead it took nearly 3. In those three hours, they couldn't remove the snow from my wheel wells (resulting in my BRAND new tires rubbing agaisnt snow and ice buildup), even neglecting to spray off the old tires or reset the tire pressure settings. I had my rims I wanted replace in my backseat coming in. They had put the snow filled tires they took off in a bag in my trunk. Once I got home I tried to remove them, but the trunk wouldn't open. I assumed it was frozen from being inside for 3 hours and then driving home, so I had left them in there. A week goes by and the weather is much nicer, and my trunk STILL doesn't open. I ended up only being able to open it by my emergency button. I called and complained that they were the last to touch my trunk and they took a look at it and said there was no responsibility on their end for it breaking... even though it was broken when I left their shop.Buyer beware. Don't take your vehicle here unless you want it damaged and have to pay out of pocket for it.P.S. my heat mysteriously stopped working as soon as I started my car leaving their shop too. I figured since they couldn't even remove snow from my car it wasn't their doing... but now I'm questioning that too.

I cannot be happier from the service here today.I already had to postpone my initial tire appointment because of ordering from BC warehouse. On the day of appointment, we found out that the tire order never went through. However they offered different tire model available today, with price matching. TBH I was expecting rebooking. The tire installation was really quick so I couldn't finish my coffee.I should have got gentleman's name who helped me today. Thank you for the great service at 8am on Sept 17th.Good job, Fountain Tire!

Wow what an amazing experience. I asked about tires, and was willing to get 4. The owner looked at the tires and told me I needed only two new tires. They were amazing. I did not have a ride, so they quickly replaced my tires so I could catch the shuttle. They also do free rotations if you buy the tires there. Great experience!!!

I had a leaking tire due to the tire not sitting completely on the bead due to some rust (which should not have been an issue if it was brushed and cleaned properly before re-installing the new tires) it was the second such repair that I had to come in for since fountain tire installed my set of tires (first time I was not charged for a different tire). When I spoke to the attendant, I told her we were in town for family function and that I would not be able to get back to the company before 5pm (closing time). I asked if they could put my key fob somewhere in the vehicle when done so I could pick it up when we were done our family get together. I asked if I could pay by Mastercard on the phone as I was told that if a charge was made I would have to pay before they released the car (fair enough). When I was contacted around 4:10 that the tire rim needed a buff and a sealant applied, with a charge of $41.63. I re-iterated that I wouldn’t be able to get to the business before close and asked to pay on the phone. This is when I was told it was against policy to accept payment on the phone and I had to make the payment in person at the shop. Not once was this communicated to me when I was at the shop when I dropped off my vehicle. If it was, I would have said,” nope, not today then, I’ll try again another time”I talked with the manager who backed up his staff member and was fairly inflexible with offering up an exception, but extended an olive branch in being able to stay till 530-6. So I had to leave my family function and get together south of the city, drive during rush hour, pay, then drive all the way back to get my family. It was very disappointing and discouraging experience for me, my kids and the family as we don’t get to go do stuff like that very often. The lack of clarity and poor quality of the communication over how payment could be received made it feel manipulative, especially since the previous time I was there for the same issue, I was charged $0.Short of the owner of this shop contacting me and rectifying the situation and experience, and if able I’d gladly change my rating, but at this point I would not use this shop again nor would I recommend this tire shop to any family or friends.

We were travelling from Ontario to Saskatoon and had a slow leak in a front tire. We stopped at a tire place in Kenora, Ontario, who said they repaired a slow leak in the tire bead. However it continued to leak after this. After many top up fills, we made it to Saskatoon. We took the car in to a mechanic for a service and to look at the tire leak. The mechanic said it was a a fault in the tire which had to be replaced. As we drive an all-wheel drive, all the tires would have to be replaced. We decided to take it to fountain tire on Millar Dr as we trust them and their knowledge. Luckily we did, as John asked if he could check the tire before replacing them all as there is still a lot of life in the tread. They found a tire valve leak that two other places missed and saved us $1,400. Thanks John and the team. Have a Merry Christmas

Very thankful for fountain tire on Millar! We had a flat tire Friday evening on the drive in to saskatoon and had the spare on. Called Glen & Evan and they were able to fit us in to their very busy day. They brought over a tire from the warehouse and had us on our way in a few hours. Happy customers to be back on the road! Highly recommend this location for their outstanding service!

Initial experience getting my tires changed was very positive, a follow up appointment was needed because they didn't have a part on hand. They mistakenly booked the wrong date, I rescheduled with the website and got text confirmations. Showed up for my appointment and was not in the system and was turned away with another delay. Had to deal with one of the most condescending customer service agents ever, based on her alone I would recommend doing business elsewhere.
