Coulter and the team at JayWest are awesome. They helped me with a second floor loft expansion in my condo. Abit pricey

I recently purchased windows from Jaywest Builders and I couldn’t be more pleased. Because of covid most places are taking 2-4 months to have windows delivered. I was panicking because I needed windows for my house a lot quicker than any company could supply them. When I contacted Colleen at Jaywest Builders she said that she would be willing to sell me some of their extra stock. Colleen went above and beyond to make sure that I received some of the prettiest windows I have ever seen. They have a black finish on the outside and a transom on top. I just can’t wait to have them installed. I also have to mention that Brad went above and beyond as well. He took time out of his Saturday to meet us and help us load them. Just all around great company.Colleen is very professional, helpful and goes out of her way to make sure her customers are well taken care of you.Thank you Jaywest, Colleen and Brad, as I’m sure we will be enjoying the view out of these windows for years to come.

We built our retirement home in Huntsville, Ontario, with the help of JayWest Country Homes. We customized the standard plan to a large extent and found JayWest extremely accommodating and helpful with the customization. From the beginning of our planning, up to the delivery of our new home, we found the staff at JayWest to be professional and very prompt with their responses to our questions. When a change to the plans was requested by the local Building Inspector, JayWest’s design engineer made the changes on the official plans very quickly so there was little delay in the construction. We did not run into any issues or disappointments, even when one may have expected there to be some considering we were living in Calgary at the time and building in Ontario.
