I get blood work every 3 months and this place is great. I 'save my spot' online when it's available and walk over. The main tech is fabulous, courteous and efficient. I'm usually in and out in 15 min. I see the results online before the Dr ever calls me.

Very nice place. Because there is no rude or lazy people at work. Best thing is you get your report online free after making a free account. Other labs do not offer this option.I am happy about their exceptional service .

I requested to lie down, I was headed to room, very dirty and waited for 45 min although I was first person. She asked me to come to pay as she has been forgotten and go back to room. She finally comes and uses very thick needle for me as I had pain all the day after the blood test. Very unprofessional as she told me take time but she suddenly comes back and say I have another patient can you come out

Worst experience ever. First parking 11$ for an hour - it a steal. Needed to book an test but there was no availability online so I need to call and wait for an hour . Eventually my test was not properly booked and requisition from the doctor was not send. Wasted my time and nerves. Do not recommend. Berger use any other provider

I was polite and cordial with the staff and they were the same with me. The blood extraction went well. Wait time was reasonable and there was plenty of room in the hall to social distance. Parking isn't free but didn't cost a fortune either. The staff here probably work non stop all day so no reason to get cranky with them if you have some wait time.

This place use to run fast and smooth now always full got to take a number all seats taken who ever they let run this place has no idea what they are doing go back to the way it use to be horrible place now

Online wait time said 0minutes however I’ve been waiting in the hall outside the lab for over 50mins & there’s at least another 20min wait. No seating even for us pregnant patients.No option for using “save my spot” and no appointments available for 3weeks.Unfortunately the blood test I need is only available at life lab labs. Strongly advise against this lab & location.

Booked my spot online only to find out after waiting outside 50 minutes that the online system is not being used. Waited another 30 minutes inside. I do find the nurses are very good at taking blood but the rest isn't great.
