I had our party last week and I bought a pair of shoes from this shop the day before the party. I stunned that night with my dazzling dress paired with my sparkling shoes. I was very happy because I chose to bought my shoes from this store. No regrets! When my sister saw it, she just loved it and told me to buy something like what I bought for her. Well, I think I'll just going to bring her with me and let her pick the best for her. I also like their clothing, very unique and of high quality. Plus, the staffs that are accommodating and nice. Thank you for the great service. It was such a great experience for me. I would highly recommend this place.

If you love shoe shopping and love unique, stylish, and quality shoes, Lord's Shoes is the place for you! I had a wonderful shopping experience there recently. In addition to finding the right shoes, they were delivered quickly. I was primarily impressed with their customer service. The staff went the extra mile helping me to look at multiple styles and options, and giving me the time and space to try them and make my own decision. This is perhaps one of the reasons why this lovely boutique shop stands out.

I bought a pair of suede boots by Cagiva and I’m really pleased with them. Quite pricey but worth it, very comfortable and they’re eye catching; everyone comments on them. Lords have a brilliant selection of footwear and clothes, not your average, run of the mill clobber. I’ve earmarked a coat for Xmas!

I bought $300.00 Azuree open toed shoes for my son's wedding in February and they were the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. My toes were obviously bleeding at the wedding and the discomfort was very distracting. I was assured these shoes would be very comfortable.

Shopping online for women's shoes can be difficult. Sizes are different for each brand of shoe, so I was very impressed with Lords for phoning me to confirm the sizes and selections when there was an issue with the online order. The shoes ordered arrived very quickly. I was surprised to see the sizes weren't Canadian Standard sizes, so I called back to confirm my order. Once again, the ladies I dealt with over the phone were very polite and super helpful. I was so impressed, I placed another order and will continue to keep coming back to Lords. Thanks for your great service.

I am so impressed with the online order I just received from Lord's.I have had my eye on a pair of women's loafers that were sold out everywhere else but I happened to find them on the Lord's website. I ordered a pair on the weekend, and they were at my door on Tuesday (I live in Victoria). The package was wrapped in Christmas paper and inside was a really cute note complimenting me on my chic choice :) Definitely recommend purchasing your shoes from this local retailer.

First shoe store I have ever been in where I love all the boots and shoes. They have great Waterproof boot options and I was so happy with the service I received. The shoes are reasonably priced for excellent quality.This is now my first choice of store when I need new shoes.

This is my go to shop if I’m looking for something different, avant garde etc. I order online and packages are shipped same day in many cases. Packages are well wrapped and always include a personalized note from staff. I love this shop!
