A+, 5 star service. Martin was professional, freindly on the phone, and was able to get to me within 24 hours for a no water call all the way in Endako. He uses a text system to confirm his appointments (Not a common thing in the north) which really gives you the impression that you are dealing with a professional and are in good hands. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us tips on how to improve our well system. My husband and I are house flippers and have dealt with a lot of contractors and we both agree that Martin is in the top 1%. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with the other rude plumbers in the area. Just call Prodigal first.

We made an emergency call-out and Martin came out first thing the next morning. Turned out to be a worst case scenario but Martin was super friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. He promised to get our job done asap. Our water saga continues….but so far we are impressed with Prodigal’s service.
