This was my first time experience.The owner is personal and frank in offering what needs to be done with my car. It was practical and cost effective. Will definitely go back again.

*****DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY*******BC Auto is a waste of time and money, this company sent me the wrong carbon fiber hood and wont refund it.(sold me a forester hood but I needed a wrx hood). Shipping took long and the hood wasnt even brand new. the carbon fiber had chips in it and had a spider web crack. he told me its shippings fault but it was clear as day that it was his fault. I bought the hood from this guy as he said it was his last one but I wanted to see if that was true so I got my friend to email him if he had any hoods for the wrx and he said yes" last one in stock

Great customer service. I ordered a rim that ended up getting stolen off my steps. They sent a replacement quickly at no cost. Rim was exactly as ordered.

I had been looking for a very specific bumper for my e36 build. I saw they had it on their website. Bell was amazing to work with, some of the best customer service I have had. They shipped it for me all the way to alberta. Good deals, Amazing service. Would recommend to Enthusiasts all day.

Absolutely will not go anywhere else for my needs, owner is awesomely helpful open and honest (which is refreshing as some in that field treat women differently than men lol).Fast, friendly, very reasonable and efficient!!

Avoid this shop like the plague. I had a very, very bad experience with this shop in the past. Owner sold me wheels that did not fit my vehicle and when I asked for a refund, he refused stating that he can't just give me my money back." Because it was "bad for business."The only reason why I didn't give it a 0 star is because the lowest rating I can give is a 1 star. There's plenty of other places in the GTA that will give you better service

Like someone else mentioned on their review, stay away from this place like the plague. I took my car in as there was a slow leak on one tire, which I mentioned, and provided a secondary tire that he could use as a replacement if he was unable to fix the leak. 4 hours later, He told me my car is ready for pick up only to tell me that he couldn’t find the leak, but he filled the tires to the correct psi….geez thanks.I asked him why didn’t you replace the tire if there was no leak like I mentioned earlier when I dropped off the car and he said to bring it back another day and he can get it done but for now I had to pay $40 for inspection to basically take the car back exactly how I brought it in.A few days later I took my car to Taylor tire on Denison and the staff there immediately showed me the leak within 30 seconds which was around the rim, so he removed the tire, put it back on the rim and I was out of there in 15 minutes and they only charge $20. I guess the mistake was mine for not using Taylor Tire from the beginning.
