Friendly and professional. The company provided customized services according to my needs. Recent renovations left my house and furniture and floors full of drywall dust. I was so pleased that Hutchison Maintenance thoroughly got rid of all the dust and transformed my house into a home again! Would highly recommend!

Excellent!!! We hired Hutchison Maintenance to clean our basement apartment after our tenant moved out. We were so impressed with them! When I say they clean everything, I mean everything!! I consider myself a bit of a clean freak and I was anxious about hiring cleaners. I thought I’d end up re-cleaning after the fact. Boy oh boy was I wrong! The whole apartment was sparkling. They took a huge job off our plate and we will happily hire Hutchison Maintenance again and again!!Thank you! :)

Excellent cleaning company. Very professional, always responsive to any inquiries we have. We use this company for our Retail store front, as well as apartment cleaning and we have always been very satisfied with their work. Would definitely recommend Hutchison Maintenance.

Hutchison Maintenance
Not happy with this company at all. Bought a house and our realator commissioned this company to clean the house prior to us moving in but after we took possession of the house. Approx a week after we took possession as they cleaned the house items were given to the previous owners. Did not ask us prior to if it was ours or thiers. Did not get proper answers from them as to if they let someone into my house to remove the items or if they gathered them and handed them over. Not pleased at all

Hutchison Maintenance was recommend to me by my real estate agent for one of my rental units that smelled terribly of smoke and needed a thorough cleaning. Brandi assured me that after they were done you would not smell the smoke and I am delighted to say that she was right. I could not believe when I went in after they had left! Just a clean smell was present. Brandi, Tyler and their team were very pleasant, professional and efficient. They did an amazing job on this property and I will be calling them again!
