Come in for lunch everyday for over a year now. Always smiling associates. They know me by name and order. The only fast food I care to eat. Bring back dill pickle nuggets! Been craving them.

The vegetables were fresh, juicy and crunchy. Which is so rare for a fast food place. The food was really good. I’m just decking one star because they need to wipe their tables more often. Did not find one without finger prints and crumbs.

I stopped in to grab a quick something from burger kings because it’s right in Walmart and super convenient. I got there and the one person working was sitting on her iPad playing a game or something she looked busy and was sitting at one of the tables. she was also talking to a couple of people ( didn’t look like customers) I’ve been in customer service for a good while now and I would never have done this and I found it really rude. I get it if it’s not busy and it’s slow it’s fine, but there was a couple of people there. I also stood there for 7 minutes and she didn’t even say a word just kept talking it was clear that I wanted to orderI had stuff siting in the counter because it was heavy and I was waiting a long time. Anyways after 7 minutes I decided to leave because that was ridiculous

Came in for a bite and 2 other people eating in check for booth and everyone including where we ate was filthy. 2 girls stand in front didn't seem to have enough energy to get out of their own way. So dirty!

My wife and I stopped in to grab ourselves something to eat for lunch today what should of been 5 mins turned to over 20mins! I'm not sure where to begin with this review so I'll just go from what I have been able to absorb from this whole experience. We were handed our cups to fill our drinks ourselves but when we arrived to the fountain drinks none of them worked as intended (no syrup or carbonation in most flavors) my wife grabbed a mix of what was available which really was a whole lot of diet coke or what resembled it. I asked an employee (1 of 2 working at this location) for some assistance indicating the syrup was out and that if she could look it over to see if it was in fact out or malfunctioning. The employee I asked was also the one cooking the food and she managed to not put in the correct chicken which was supposed to be a part of the spicy sirracha chicken meal. As she was in a hurry trying to work on the fountain drink she neglected to tell the other employee whom served us about anything and as that employee was going back and forth we noticed her drop the bun from my wife's meal which was about to hit the ground. The first employee that served us quickly seen the error from her counterparts mistake and says to me she's sorry but at this time we aren't amused by essays going on and just want to head out. We arrived at home where I quickly went over my meal adding the spice it needed and adding some lettuce,cheese etc.. Sadly to say this whole experience has put a sour taste in my mouth on the brand.

As others have said, painfully slow, understaffed it seems. Just about every drink choice out of syrup (argued with us). Order not correct - waited 20 minutes for food with only 2 orders ahead of us.

Not very often would i look for zero stars but this is my second experience and both times it has been an utter disappointment. For someone who loved BK growing up; much less frequent there now, i really feel for the brand. Looking at the other reviews i don't expect anything to change but let me say that the burger and fries were cold and the coffee i ordered might as well have been a cold coffee. I asked for mayonnaise, didn't get it. Not a big deal but talk about being attentive to customer when you have a customer waiting and the staff is busy talking on the phone(specially a girl name sharan) . She was so loud on the phone.Wish you guys luck and pardon my words but I hope you guys reflect before Burger King turns into Burger Joker.
