This place is under new management. I gave it a couple weeks to move from the reno stage to looking like a real restaurant but apparently they have no plans to do so. It was once a very good SunRise franchise location but now it is mediocre and still in the reno stage.The server took my order while chatting on her phone to friends and never put the phone down. Most items were missing,the area was messy and bare. The food was below average and didn't seem very fresh as customer traffic seems severely reduced. Who owns this location now? You are failing.

Just left this location and what a mess!! Omg!! Chef don't know what he's doing!! Ordered fry dumpling and ackee and saltfish. Had to .ake two trips for one simple.order. He gave me burnt dumplins!! Soo much oil in the ackee and saltfish!!!! The place is nasty!! This place needs to close down. The washroom was sooo NASTY!! THE CHEF WAS DIRTY!! NOOO!! this needs to stop -- YOU A ARE.TAKING PEOPLE'S MONEY-- DO BETTER!!

I used to go here all time to get my Caribbean food fix. This place is always closed after 7pm. I started going to Scotty’s on West Drive. I need to find a new place.

Disappointing. Why?- Unavailable menu items- Poor employee attitude- Missing items already paid for- Uninviting atmosphereThe food is decent…but it doesn’t make up for the list of disappointments above!

Food was pretty good. Jerk Chicken and the rice and beans were great. Coleslaw was ok.The workers could be a bit more pleasant.The place isn't somewhere you'd want to eat at, the place looks rundown and not well maintained.

Huge disappointment. I shouldn't be surprised though, when I walked through the door there was broken tile pieces over the threshold. I noticed the menu board was off. I waited for the one person in front of me. Went to the washroom, there was no lighting. The men's washroom had a sign saying please use the other washroom, I walked in the toilet paper holder was open and empty. There was no soap and the paper towel was on the floor. The food was wasn't even tasteless, it tasted bad, not like fried chicken at all. I wouldn't even finished the meal, I'm certain I will be sick.Would give a 0 if it were an option.

There was a little issue with my food. I called the store asking to speak with a manager. About 15 minutes later, the manager Maxine called me. She was very nice. She kept apologizing for the error and asked that I come back to the store so she can sort me out. I went in the next day and she gave me another meal, again apologizing for the mistake.The food was very tasty!
