it is interesting to show the story to children, it is very hot in the summer, the territories are very large, there are no toilets or water taps on the territory. you need to go back 400 meters to the main building where tickets are sold, also customer service requires better service. they took 16 dollars from an adult, 12 dollars from a child, in general not bad but for one time.

Set in the 1860's and overall a great experience. Some things to note:You can get a discount for parking so bring your parking ticket with you when you go inside to buy the ticket for the village. At the counter you can ask them to add parking and they give it to you for a bit cheaper. It did seem a bit deserted on a Sunday and a lot of the places did not have any people in them to guide you. It was if they were opening them slowly even though it was 1pm and they close at 4pm.There are not a lot of food options there so bring snacks! They do sell cookies and bread there but it was expensive. For example, it was $1 per cookie as it is freshly made. It is hard to find water there so it is better to bring a water bottle with you.It would take a total of 2 hours to go through everything.

Almost like visiting the time capsule of Toronto circa early 19th century. Highly recommended to all the history buffs and frankly to anyone who is the resident of Toronto.

I love this place. I have visited it 3 times in the past and hope to visit sometime in winter if there’s a chance. Must try the ginger cookies! They are so good that I had them every time I visited.

Black Creek Pioneer Village is a great experience. Lots of interesting facts about life in the 19th century. Was surprised to see so many artifacts and antiques. Very well maintained. The staff is very nice and helpful.Ample parking spots. Also convenient by TTC. 10-15 mins walk from the Pioneer subway station.Great place to spend 3-4 hours.

Beautifully maintained attraction. It is a great place to explore some fairly recent history of the city.Take food and water/drinks if you plan to spend the day because there isn't much available in the park except the very basic stuff in the gift store.

Keep good 3 hrs if you want to really experience and enjoy.Absolutely amazing CONCEPT and well kept with some exceptions/ locked buildings .... and to a reasonable level, it lived up to my expectations of experiencing life back then... However, i think with a little bit more engagement at respective buildings ( few had no one representing it like the Mill ) will really just make it awesome ...
