Rau Bistro: Vietnamese Street Food
Load up well with your late night I had a nice curry soup and I had this beef wrapped in leaf they call it LOT LOT.I like the way the appetizer was presented you can see the photo I took.For some reason I'm used to a creamed curry Vietnamese soup and this one was lighter and I actually liked it.Don't seem to have a traditional Vietnamese menu and that's what makes it very appealing to me there's just items there that you don't normally pay attention to and it kind of forces you to go outside the Box and I think that's very adventurous so I can't wait to come back here and try something different. My eyes are on their seafood soup.If it's consistent I'll give them a higher rating so far alike everything about it.

Rau Bistro: Vietnamese Street Food
Wow! Just wow.. I ordered their rice plate with the meatloaf through SkipTheDishes and it was aaamazing!!! The pork was very tender and the portion was massive. The meatloaf reminded me of shumai dimsum with an egg in the middle - super delicious. I’d 100% recommend trying this place out and plan to go in person for their noodle soups.

We visited Rau Bistro after seeing it posted in a Facebook group and it did NOT disappoint! We loved everything we had! The food was fresh, and super tasty. Even our children who don’t eat new food, ate everything they tried. We will 100% be going back to try the roll your own wrap and what looked like hotpot another table was enjoying. We had the mega bowl, some salad rolls and spring rolls and the portions were so big! We we happy to take home leftovers and even ordered another mega bowl to go. If you’re thinking about trying this place, just go!!

Rau Bistro: Vietnamese Street Food
We always order Soup 6, the crispy chicken leg salad with bamboo shoots. The soup is very flavourful with a lot of dried bamboo. We like their spring rolls too. Soup 1, pho dac biet was okay. The noodles are thicker than other places and the broth is average. We also ordered the Wrap 2, it was fun to do.

Came here for the first time last week and wasn't disappointed. It's a very clean and well layed out establihment. Bright and colourful atmosphere, plenty of seating and very clean.The menu is a good size, and easy to read with lots of photos to aid you in your decisions. There is large range of traditional as well as a few more modern takes on Vietnamese food. There is also a kids combo, which is actually quite a generous portion. Speaking of portions, they are not huge but they are filling. The food comes out pretty quick and is beautifully presented, and very flavourful. The broth in my order was one of the cleanest I've tasted in town.Another note on cleanliness, the facilities are very well kept, well stocked, well lit and clean.Parking is pretty plentiful and access it easy from Centre Street.This place gets busy and reservations are recommended, especially for larger groups, and the waiting area isn't very large.Make sure you give them a visit. The food is great and the service is also amazing, no matter how busy they get. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

I really like the vibe of the restaurant and its dishes.As a native Vietnamese who has a huge passion for food, especially my mother's dishes, I highly recommend you guys come and try out our authentic Vietnamese food here. I really look up to the chefs who could make our traditional dishes in a country 10k KM away from Vietnam, with the same flavor as I used to eat in my home country. They even can elevate it to a higher level, out of the signature of street food, now they are very restaurant ones. If you want to try Vietnamese food, you should try this place.

Huuuuuuuge shoutout to Rau Bistro. We went today and got their Mega Bowl and Satay Beef & Roll vermicelli with a Vietnamese iced coffee and (REAL) taro bubble tea.Normally, I find most vermicelli bowls taste virtually the same from any restaurant, but Rau truly goes beyond. Their spring rolls are extra crispy, the meat was savoury and seriously next level.The drink is what shocked me the most. I’ve obsessed over taro bubble tea for a decade now, and to my surprise, I realized today that I’ve never had it with actual fresh taro. 10/10 food, 10/10 staff, 10/10 atmosphere - definitely consider this place the next time you’re craving Vietnamese cuisine!!

Been here a few times for the pho/soup and haven't been disappointed. Great portions and reasonable prices. The soup 1 is really great with the peanut satay sauce and the soup itself is very tasty and flavourful. They hVe a variety of options on their menu and their rice bowls are also great! I tried their vegan spring rolls and was so surprised at how good they were. The chicken spring rolls are really good too. I'm not sure what it is about their spring rolls but it was so crispy compared to other spring rolls I have ever tried. The only thing that can improve is their service. It would be better if the servers checked on you at least once after they have served the food in case you need anything. Otherwise this place is great and definitely try their lemongrass chicken too

Fairly busy on a rainy Wednesday evening. Food was delicious. Service was decent, felt like having an extra server might have helped but overall not bad. Lots of Vietnamese food selection that you don't normally find in the city.
