They will never try to rip you off; they have often recommended I buy the cheaper product when there are multiple options. Nice staff, great advice, quick service and the best prices. Best for saving money on car repairs... Can't say enough about this place. I always call in to get prices and they are so patient on the phone. I always save at least 25% when compared to the big name Autoparts stores. They are super quick at having the parts ready for pick-up. Even showed up ten mins before closing the other day because I had an urgent repair. No problem for these guys. They didn't complain or turn me away.THANK you for running this very helpful business and good luck with your continued success!

Ordered brake pads online Sunday evening as I received the wrong pads from Rock Auto and they were ready for pickup first thing Monday morning. Nice to see their website provides prices and stock status when you need a part in the hurry.

This company has a high 'core charge' for starter motors, $65.... The problem is when you pay for the part, they add the core charge and tax you from the total amount. However' when you return the core to get your $65+tax, they refund only your $65, NOT the tax you paid. It's completely unfair. They say it's a CRA rule, which I don't buy. I recommend you shop from auto part dealers with a low core charge.
