I have been buying cars here extending back to the original owners so obviously I am satisfied with the experience each time. They negotiate clearly and promptly. One aspect of the experience which has regressed since the original owners is the high pressure to buy the add-ons (e.g. extended warranty) on the day of pick-up. All I want to do is complete the purchasing documents, have the get-acquainted-with-my-car meeting with my sales rep and leave with my car. I have mentioned this before that I am not interested in the add-ons but they keep blitzing me every time. Otherwise, the delivery experience is smooth and well executed.

I recently bought a ford bronco from this dealership. The staffs were very nice and helpful. Neel and Ainan made sure that my sales experience was flawless and explained me everything about the car. They did talked me into buying the bronco but I don’t regret it for a moment.

Great experience, zero pressure. Paulo in sales was courteous, helpful and informative. I felt like he wanted to be certain I was in the right car for me, and when the choice was made he was clearly experienced and knowledgeable on the model and all my questions were answered. Ricardo, the business manager dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's, and walked me through some great warranty options. I was reluctant but he found a great plan in my budget that pretty much guarantees that my vehicle will be in as good condition at the end of my financing as it is brand new. Both of them stayed and worked with me for over an hour after close, and I appreciated their professionalism.

Review as a fellow Car Dealer.Buyers beware of White Oak Ford. Our company purchased a 2020 Ford F150 with 53,906 Kms that was disclosed with a check engine light (no big deal).Reality is the truck has had prior internal engine damage and this truck needs an engine replacement. Being this was bought through a 3rd party auction, they are hiding behind a technicality.After reading a few amounts of their google reviews, seems like this type of behaviour is normal. Sad.Buy a vehicle from a more reputable Ford dealer. Please.

Great experience overall, with many thanks to Sam(sales manager) for keeping us updated on our vehicle order. the paperwork signing and clarification was done pretty well from Emir. I appreciated the fact that he wasn't pushy with all the warranty add-ons in the end and lastly but not least, I appreciate the fact that my mustang mach E was not marked up over msrp.

A 6 out of 5 to the people working at this place. I have gone back and forth to get a financing approved and to buy my first vehicle in Canada and the experiences in terms of customer service that I had with other car dealers was no where a match to what I experienced at Whiteoak Ford.From a sales perspective I met Neel, he was super professional and knew what I wanted and helped me get to the bottom of my search. He went above and beyond to get me a good deal and yes I did get some free stuff too. Whiteoak you have a great sales guy in Neel and he is more than committed to his passion.If sales was the first 50%, I was way too skeptical about my chances of getting a finance approved with multiple rejections in the past due to my residence status. Then I met Ricardo at Whiteoak. One can be professional about their work and yet not leave a mark on the customer, Ricardo was different. He took the time to explain each and every nuance of the application, every form I filled, every thing I was signing up for, going back and forth with ford finance to make the deal work and more than anything else making me feel I am valued to be at Ford. I feel customer service is the simplest quality to exhibit yet most of the businesses miss it often very easily. Whiteoak Ford is on top of their game and I would definitely give a 6 out of 5 to all of them and a major recommendation to people looking to buy any Ford vehicle. All the issues and service concerns I brought up were addressed thoroughly and the required service repairs fully detailed and outlined. I am also impressed by the online notification with a link detailing the summary of the services to be performed from areas to monitor to issues that require urgent repair or attention. My service advisor, Muhammad Kamran was very pleasant and professional to work with and provided me with detailed explanations on possible causes and potential repairs that may be needed with some ball park costs.Of particular note that really impressed me and made me decide to continue getting my Mustang serviced here was, they went above and beyond expectations on a part needed to address a check engine light issue I've had for over a year, when it was determined that the fuel tank filler neck replacement part is no longer available. The service team actually molded one on site and fixed this issue that another Ford service dealer just simply shrugged off as waiting for part to become available"

Went into the dealership after seeing a few vehicles on their website. Met up with sales associate Ainan Ahmed. He listened to what we wanted, made some suggestions, and gave us the time we needed to decide.Today we drove out with our Edge and we are happy with the vehicle and the experience.Everyone we met was pleasant and professional.
