The two women working were quite rude when we walked in and said I needed a wig. They seemed annoyed that I didn't know exactly what I wanted. But when I started trying them on, the lady helping me turned out to be nice and I found one that I liked. The wig itself is really good quality and wig prices are lower than other places in the city.

Thank you to Karen who was so knowledgeable in helping me choose a wig. She graciously came in on her day off so members of my family could come in to help me make a final decision. Kudos Karen!

Went as soon as they opened I got greeted immediately by a very friendly woman. She let me try on wigs and helped me put it on as I'm not very good at it haha and I found a wig I went in thinking I was gonna get a dark wig and got blonde instead! I also got the care kit for free as they are having a sale all September longSuch a great experience wigs are affordable! Will come back again. They helped me gain my confidence again

Well I hate to admit it but my varicose veins were bulging out of control on my legs and it was time for some of those compression stockings. I was referred to the Pink Tree and their staff was extremely pleasant and helpful in assisting me. Suzy-one of their new people along with her seasoned colleague Michelle educated and informed me on their products and I was on my way-these two employee go above and beyond in good customer service!

Pink Tree supplies compression stockings, garments and braces to clients who need support, recovery from surgery, and other rehabilitation needs. Our suppliers will warranty items for up to six months from manufacturer defect, but not from misuse or improper care. We will address such issues in a timely manner, however items that have been purchased and worn have to be returned in a timely fashion for evaluation. Clients who come back to us with a manufacturer defect clearly identified will have the item reviewed by the supplier, who will in turn, make the decision to replace it.

I had a great experience at Pink Tree. I went in looking for a special medical knee brace which they actually had (many places in saskatoon didn't have that specific brand). Unfortunately when i went in 2 days ago they didn't have the exact type that i wanted so they special ordered it for me and it arrived in a day and it was a perfect fit.

I called to inquire about the price of a brace so I could submit an estimate to my insurance company. The first lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, stated she could not give me an exact price, even though I had told her the exact model I was looking for. Then she passed me on to another lady who answered the phone by saying she had to interrupt someone doing a fitting just to get me the exact price. Like I was such an inconvenience for calling. I'm not sure how they think a business is run but a customer on the phone is just as important as one in the store. It's all potential money for your business. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere after that display of complete unprofessionalism. A lot of people shopping at pink tree have gone through traumatic life events and I sure hope the sale associates figure out how not to be completely disrespectful and awful to those people.

I went in to buy a wig. The woman who was working there was quite rude. She didn’t even acknowledge my presence, as she was carrying on a conversation with what seemed to be a friend of hers. I waited until her friend left, but the salesperson went into a side room. As I walked out, she called out, but I had had enough of her rude behaviour. This was the second time I experienced rudeness from a woman in this shop.

We were very happy with Pink Tree! My teenage daughter got 2 sport bras and 2 bikinis that fit and support her perfectly. The service was really friendly with helpful advice. We will definitely go back!
