I used one of your agents to show me a new duplex that listed for 379k. I commented to the agent that perhaps it was over priced and asked what would be a realistic offer? She recommended to offer 372 and negotiate to 375 because there was no room for discounts on new properties". I didn't proceed with the offer but I see that the property sold at 343 and a similar one next door at 357 due to the undesirable commercial property bordering them. Something I relied on the RE agent for expertise and did not receive the right advice."
