love this hair salon. Everyone at the salon is so nice, service is great. They always have a small attention like complimentary lattes or even bagels :) It’s always a pleasure to go there for a little bubble of relaxing time . Really recommend !

Best hair coloring ever and I've been to the best hair salons in Toronto. Marilou did an amazing job and exceeded even my expectations. The staff is super friendly and I will definitely go back. I truly recommend this place.

Expensive for what it is. The hairdresser was nice, but at the same time being an Aveda salon should mean that they promote cruelty-free products, but everytime I asked questions about my hair she suggested non Aveda products that were are also not cruelty free. She said the natural stuff didn't work.

Haircut went great, hairdresser made a nice cut and fixed it the way i wanted. However, Receptionist had confirmed that they fixed beards as well. When i went there, they told me they actually do not. Then someone tried doing something, but completely shaved off my beard and hasnt done any cleaning around the face. Has completely ruined my face, it’s embarrassing. And i had previously mentioned i had a photoshoot. I really dont know what to do now that they’ve f***ed up my face. If you go there, just get hair treatement, nothing else!

An amazing place with a terrific team. Professional, yet comfortable. The stylists are passionate and it shows in their work.

I'm going there for the past ten years and it's always perfect. Marc and his team are great!

I called to book a hair colouring and the receptionist told me that I also had to book a hair dry at an additional $35-45. I told her that I didn’t need my hair styled, a quick hand blow dry would be enough and was told that it is not an option; I have to reserve a hair dry at an additional cost or I would leave with my hair wet. I thought I misunderstood so I double checked by asking if I could at least blow dry my own hair, if the hairdresser can’t do a quick blow dry, so I don’t get sick from going out in the cold with wet hair and she said no. It’s the first time I hear of a salon refusing to even quickly blow-dry hair and force clients to book a blow-dry or leave with wet hair.I don’t know how they can honestly expect to send customers outside with wet hair and call themselves a professional salon… the service is simply incomplete. I love getting a blowout but there’s a time and place. I resent the salon forcing me to book one, even if I just wanted a simple colour this time around. What’s next, you’re going to charge clients extra for shampoo and towels?I’ve been here before and honestly loved Marilou, but this type of “new” (because it wasn’t like this before) service will not work for me and I will unfortunately get my hair done elsewhere.

Rabecca and her team and amazing and very professional. They just get understand my needs. Love having my hair done!!
