I waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee at the drive-thru around 4-5pm. I was very uncomfortable while waiting and tried to complain to the staff, but I saw through the window that there were only 2 people working. Their faces looked uncomfortable and tired, so I couldn't complain because I felt their pain. I think the minimum wage is too harsh for them compared to the stress and pressure they receive. What kind of cheap management can keep ONLY 2 people working at such a busy time? I will no longer go to a place that only takes care of profits regardless of their customers and employees.

They constantly change their hours and always close before their actual closing time. They don’t even have any store hours posted at the store. You have to check google. Ridiculous. I showed up 10 minutes before closing time and they were already closed.

My today review : very nice service with big smile, enjoyed delicious chicken sandwich and Awosme large iced capp while checking out photos for old hockey memories on the walls.Always out of Yogurt, even in early morning.. So why you keep it on the menus??

Slowest drive through I've ever had to tolerate. 9 times out of 10 the order will be wrong too. How hard is it to get it right? Apparently impossible for this location.

Um, all I can say is it’s not a 5 star place. Sometimes the food and drinks are amazing and made perfectly but often they are sloppy and I’ve gotten stale donuts a few times. A little consistency in quality would be nice.

Very, very slow service. One of the worst in western Canada. Whether it's in the drive through, or (gasp) inside, they are very slow to serve you. It's a good thing vegreville is small, and does not have the volume that other locations have.

This is consistently the slowest drive through I have ever been to. I leave for work a half an hour early every single day to allot for enough time to get through this drive through. The hours are also extremely inconsistent. If it says they're open till 11 then they might still be open at 10:30, if it says 10 then maybe 9:30, they close early every single night and anytime I go there after 8 they have nothing left because they don't want to make anything at that point even though they are still open" for two more hours.. extremely disappointing."

I visited this place a few days ago and saw a female employee coughing continuously without covering her mouth right in front of sandwich task area. Did they even give hygiene training to their staff?

Ask for who’s making your food before ordering. As they always make mistakes even after ordering via app. Extremely rude management and staff. Very disrespectful and low quality food prep
