My sessions with Ryan where really productive and I was happy with the results after only 8 visits! Thank you Ryan you did an amazing job and helped me a great deal after my broken wrist. I would highly recommend the friendly and professional atmosphere at the Sport Clinic.

I have experienced physiotherapy for quite a number of decades but NO ONE has been so intense in my treatment of getting me beyond better than DHIYA HASSAN‼️ He reviews treatment at my biweekly sessions, updates and adds by email my exercises. He is aware of all my aches/pains on top of my initial problem.Further to my treatment Dhiya and other physiotherapists are a strong foundation to the physiotherapy students from our city’s universities.The whole staff are top notch, helpful and friendly. They handled all the administration with Veterans Affairs Canada which was a bonus. Physio was documented in an excellent manner, explanations on my issue were clear and exercises did their job. Great bedside manner, really listened to my physical issues. Had full confidence in my recovery, their treatment allowed me to have patience leading to a full recovery. Hours are great, from early morning all through the day into the evening and even on weekends. Old Ottawa East location.

I went to see Chris K. here last May after suffering from IT band issues while training for an upcoming running race. He thoroughly assessed me and gave me frank advice about exactly what to expect if I continued training. He understood my training goals and did not discourage me from completing my race the next week, as we had already set up an action plan for afterwards. He was always accomodating in terms of scheduling me in, and he fixed me up in very few sessions while addressing the underlying causes of my pain & muscle weakness. I haven't had to go back since my last session in June, so I suppose that's the sign of a good physio!

Really good consultation visit with Carey. Will not be returning only because of the location. I am in Orleans and having someone close by will facilitate rehab after my knee surgery.Thank you for your services.

I love this place. I recommend anyone who wants to experience quality care from caring admin staff and excellent physiotherapists who really listen to what you are experiencing. This is the place. Despite the look of the place from the outside, this place has quality people on the inside. I came for a complex frozen shoulder. I was recommended to see Nish after being at a different clinic. It was clear that he knew what I needed and during the pandemic I worked with a couple a physiotherapists as Nish’s schedule was full. I highly recommend Caray. She is caring and very knowledgable. I recommended my neighbour here and she got excellent results with Dhia. So no matter who you work with you will get excellent care

Nish has been incredible at helping me through multiple injuries, always very knowledgeable and professional. His communication throughout treatment is great and effective, highly recommend him and his team.

In the spring of 2022, I was dealing with the effects of vestibular disruption and newly acquired COVID. To deal with these 2 problems, my ENT specialist invited me to consider vestibular rehabilitation with someone who had experience providing it. I agreed, and made an appointment with OPTSC on Main St.During a period of 8 months, with occasional appointments and recommended home exercises, I received great service from Kris, Ryan (and a little later with Massage Therapist, Carrie.I received practice in vestibular ocular and balance exercises from Kris and Ryan, and neck and upper body massage with Carrie.Although the treatment did not provide much relief of the COVID effects, their attentiveness to my situation and encouragement to regularly do the exercises improved my balance and gave me confidence to push myself a little further than I wanted to do. The result was that I realized I could do the exercises and some cardiovascular and weight work without making my condition worse. I am grateful for the help I received from each of themThank you!

I’ve been getting physio with Caray for my back for a few months now. She is very thorough and explains everything to me. I highly recommend Caray. I’ve also been receiving massage therapy from Carrie - never had better massages. Very deep and strong. She works wonders! Also highly recommended.The venue is clean, bright and comfortable. The only difficulty was initially finding the entrance and leaving!
