Very family friendly Campground. Has a large playground for children to play in near the store and smaller playgrounds all around near the lake. There are laundry machines and dryers should you choose to wash and dry your clothes there.Washrooms are fairly clean and security regularly drives by the area so you feel pretty safe. The water in the showers are hot too so it's great. This is our third time coming here and the kids enjoyed every bit of it.

We love this place. Kids love it too, a lot for them to do. A few playgrounds throughout the site, a fully stocked general store with things they can spend some money on. Kids can walk or bike to the store themselves as the staff is very good and accomodating. They have good washrooms and hot showers. They could maybe attend to the washrooms more frequently, but hey, still better than outhouses. The beach is nice and water is calm enough for kids to swim. We have camped here several times over the past 4 years.

Overall a great *weekday* experience. My site was a close walk to the lake which was my favourite part. I thought I was far enough from the road when I booked but I wasn’t; you can hear all the cars going past so I definitely recommend booking as far from the road as possible. As I went during the week, it was pretty slow with only a few sites occupied. Based on the sizes of spots and proximity to one another, I can’t imagine it being relaxing when it’s even half full. Bathrooms are decent however the key lock to get in is tricky (could use an upgrade!). Overall I think it’s quite expensive for what it is but in a pinch, it’s a good spot if you’re looking for a weekday trip to the lake.

Title: The Campsite from Hell: A Nightmare Unleashed!Review:I recently had the misfortune of staying at what can only be described as the epitome of disastrous campsites— a place that truly defies all expectations in the worst possible way. This review is an attempt to warn others and spare them from enduring the torment I experienced.Let's start with the location itself. This campsite seemed to exist in a realm far removed from civilization. However, instead of offering a peaceful retreat, it felt more like a dumping ground for all things miserable. The surrounding environment was teeming with mosquitoes the size of small birds, relentlessly feasting on anyone foolish enough to venture out of their tents. Prepare to be devoured alive if you dare to step foot outside! Not to mention the putrid smell that permeated the air, a foul blend of mildew, decay, and something unidentifiable that surely violated all health codes. But wait, it gets worse. The restrooms" were nothing short of medieval torture chambers. Picture a dilapidated outhouse

This was a family trip with two kids 4 and 10. The check in was relatively fast. This place has everything you need to have a good time.- Great Lake meters away from the camp site- Grocery store inside- 2 Kids Playground- Basketball court- Volleyball courtOn negative side:Quite time is supposed to be at 11 AM but no some people don’t follow the rules (music, fire, people talking loudly).Piece of advice: Bring extra camping stakes, the ground is rock solid.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst campground I have ever been too. There is no regulation on sites, even though the rules state it. There were 15 loud people next to us and the owner said as long as they paid for multiple sites they can have as many people as they want on a site" even though it clearly states in the rules only 2 tents per site and 4 adults. This lead to us to having 7 people on our left and 15 under 19 year olds on our right. We paid $700 for 2 sites because we were told we could only have 4 people per site.. so we followed the rules and booked a second site. They were partying loudly and walking through our site until 2am. Security is a joke they do not do anything. To the point when I did complain he fist bumped the guy before saying anything to him about the complaint. DO NOT STAY HERE."

The tent area is more like a refugee camp with tents next to each other. Very crowded, very loud until late at night. Doesn't feel like being in the nature at all.Good facilities, playground and next to the lake.
