Ottawa Humane Society - Lost & Found

They euthanized 2 months kitten which i hardly rescued in only 4 days being there. It took me 1 week to trap this poor little girl.

An exceptional facility. We had a tour with our Girl Guide unit and the dogs, cats and small animals are well taken care of♥️

Compassionate staff that really understand and sympathize with you when you are in a state of panic/shock/fear/worry.About 5 years ago I lost my dog for mere 4 hours and i know thats lucky yet i wont forget the horrible sinking feeling and more importantly how i was treated by the staff when i got there in a cab in a state of disbelief and overwhelmed with emotion. All this just to applaud the Staff and show my gratitude since i hope no one loses a pet and go through the roller-coaster of emotions.

Very nice staff,rescued two orphaned baby squirrels. They gladly accepted them because they were orphaned and placed them in good hands . The Rideau Valley wild life sanctuary. I will definitely be a proud supporter for both organizations.

Amazing place doing amazing things. I only look for pets here. Dogs, cats, small animals, and birds. And their Foster Me First program allows you to try the animals out at home before adopting. It also helps them take care of them by removing an animal from the facilty.
