Terrible, after the purchase, try getting a response to any question you may have about the product. I had a very simple question for Tech support, and I called multiple times and left messages and no return call. Customer service is useless. I even sent an e-mail on their contact page stating my question and two weeks later no response. To summarize, the company has no concept of customer service, and it's maddening to think I supported this company by purchasing a tester from them.

We have found their products to be quite reliable, efficient, and accurate. The QT-LT-V leak tester is no exception. Since we purchased it in 2011, we have not get any troubles testing hermetic sealing quality with this machine.

On the advice of our technical department, we opted for the QT-HTT by Qualitest, and we have been pleasantly surprised by its performance and reliability.Since purchasing this machine in February, we now buy Qualitest first; we are yet to find a department where they lack the required equipment.The device works quite efficiently and has a track record so far of producing high precision results.Customer service here is good too.
