If you want a pizza hut better go to other locations. It used to be really good in this location before, unfortunately i donno what happened, may be the owner has changed, i have no idea. I ordered twice in this month and got half cooked pizza, and the cheese tasted like cheese curds instead of melted. Very unhappy customer.

Everybody knows about taste of Pizza hut.Mainly pan pizza I like the way it's done.fast service well maintained and friendly staff.Store hours Mon to Thurs 11AM to 11Pm Saturday and Sundays they close early I think.New promotion bogo pizza offer is going on by giving small answers in there survey panel along with there bill you will get a code.write the code on paper present the bill when you are buying next time medium or large pizza absolutely free.small pan pizza costs around 13$ with tax med 18 with tax and large 20.50 with tax.toppings extra.Try the pan pizza guys. I loved it.

Horrible service! Extremely rude at 6 15 pm on July 6 2023. Lost my phone and wallet walked in and said if I buy a pizza do you do cash back? (So I could use a pay phone) no. Could I use your phone to make a local call(explained situation) nope! And he walked away! No hair/ beard net either???

Ordered online for pick up at the Bell Farm Road location back on Monday April 17th 2023. The ordering process was easy and fast. Pizza was ready on time, we picked it up and headed home - about 20km away. Once we got home and started to eat the pizza we realized one of them was wrong; despite having specifically ordering extra sauce on the pizza it had next to none. The cheese was stuck to the dough base with very little sauce between, it was incredibly dry, so much so that we couldn’t even eat the whole thing. I have pictures of what we received I wish I could post here. Waste of money.I reached out to Pizza Hut’s customer serviced via complaint on their website about the order that very night. Today is Friday April 21st 2023, no one reached out to me to offer any rectification or apologies. I did however, receive an email asking if I had been contacted to which I responded I had not.Just goes to show what kind of quality, integrity, and customer service Pizza Hut has to offer.

Ordered online and said we would pay cash at door. Driver showed up with no change, and wanted us to give him the $50 bill and he would come back later with the change!!! Lol Called the store and the guy says sorry

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. My order was completely wrong and when called to have a refund issued, I was told they couldn’t do it and that I would have to return the food to receive a refund. After discussing they hung up on me because they were not willing to rectify the problem
