Staff in emergency don't care about patients. This hospital has no emergency dept. The staff are missing , which is ridiculous for an emergency dept.. and tons of attitude! Condescending tone and Extremely rude! You'd think you're eating here their food or somethingIf you see a single staff member who cares...consider yourself veryyyyy lucky! In the numerous times I've had to visit for my sick child... only 2 times I encountered decent staff after getting into the room at the erEven for the xray, whilst waiting for our turn, they put us in a dark room outside the xray area and left. Which was odd. Amongst other things

The worst ER ever. The blonde receptionist in blue area has attitude problem. No communication skills what’s so ever. Looks like they are hiring anyone for any job now. No wonder this hospital is rated worst in the area.

I have been to at least 5 different hospitals for my children emergency and so far, this one tops. I read the reviews and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go here. It was cold and didn’t want to drive to Hamilton for my kids wound! So I decided to just give a try. I got to be honest, I was skeptical go here because it was for my 4 year old and I wasn’t sure if they have any good PEDs or doctors to treat her minor cut.Parking was empty, yet I parked the car and went inside. Covid screening was done quickly, there was only one nurse so had to wait 5 mins to check in. Then nurses triage happened, then one more triage and screening happened, sent us to quick fix emergency department. Nurse took a look at my daughter, put freezing gel and then doctor came, treated well! They offered to have a word with orthopedic surgeon because a cut was deep and they asked me to get an ultrasound and go to fracture clinic with the results in a week or so. I loved the staff, they were friendly, courteous and professional as well. I was done and I was home in 2 hours. I couldn’t believe it! Urgent care is all about the quick attention and this hospital provided that for me. I love it and will go again!

I was very lucky! Went in prepared for 5-6 hrs (fractured toe). While the screen in ER showed 3hrs 30 expected wait time, I finished in 10 minutes.ER doctor was super nice, overall positive experience. For fairness, I had the X-ray prior to going there, so it was just about fitting me with a cast.

ER nurse staff is nice but also passive. Waiting time is far too long with this many employees walking around. Need more doctors. Also sometimes it looks like a ghost town as if everyone has gone on lunch all at once or are hiding in the back… strange… because there is definitely enough staff to access people faster. Also why do they all walk so slow… I get it, don’t run… But like common people are in pain. It’s faster to advocate for yourself than to just sit and wait.

Worst emergency service ever; nurses and staffs are so passive; I don't suggest this place, I wasted 6 hours waiting, and the doctor came for 30 seconds and didn't get proper treatment for my daughter, so I had to rush to another emergency. Zero trust in them.

3 hour wait time is unacceptable.I understand the argument that goes around with “staffing issues” and “triage”There are plenty of nurses here. A couple doctors. Waiting room had 2 people when I got here. It’s been 3 hours and nothing.Staff has spent a great deal of time sitting behind their desk (6 of them) and chit chat for the last 45 minDoc seems like he’s on the go though.

5 stars to the ER doctor she was absolutely amazing with my fractured 4 years old!Wait time around 3 hours total for my injured kid, which given the current ER situation everywhere, is not bad.Again best ER doctor I have ever met, I can't remember her name but she was the kindest and most patient.

Nice and clean facility. They seemed organized. Wait times in the ER were quite long, but that is expected. The staff we encountered were all great.

I tell ya, I wouldn’t want to wake up in that hospital. Called to check up on my girlfriend, who was admitted at 3am, via ambulance. When I called emerg, they told me she had been discharged, even though her car was still at mine and she hadn’t called me. Then I get a call from health department, and just figured it was a standard protocol phone call, until they told me that she was ready to be picked up???!I get to emerg, they can’t even find her, after having to spell her incredibly easy surname, three times. They send me to the blue zone to see if I can find her myself. Blue zone staff say she’s not there, as they couldn’t find her name on the inpatient list. They asked me to call her cellphone, so she could tell me where she was, even though she was so heavily sedated, she wouldn’t have even had a clue which room she was in. Once I started to lose my mind, as they all sat around chatting, one nurse finally came over, who knew where she was. Then, asking for a wheelchair to get her out of there, you’d have thought I was asking for one of the nurses kidneys. No wonder they have a 2* rating. Unbelievable level of incompetency.
