First time dining at Liv Fresh in Southey. My husband had a pasta dish with shrimp and mushrooms and I had a grilled chicken sandwich with arugula, brie, bacon, apricot preserves and balsamic glaze on a warm chiabatta bun. It was outstanding. Best sandwich I've ever eaten. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his pasta dish as well. I also had a side dish of Mac n cheese - creamy, wonderfully cheesy and delicious. Healthy portions of fresh food and everything served nice and hot. Soft and hard drinks available. Comfy casual atmosphere and pleasant, helpful staff. So glad that we tried it and will definitely be going back. I highly recommend!

I am new to Southey and ordered take-out about 6 or 7 times now. So far everything has been great. I have had the raps and burgers so far, with side salad or mac n cheese.

If you are looking for the best fish and chips in southern Sask, look no further. Their Friday Fish and chips special is second to none. We have been to almost every restaurant in Regina and they don’t come close to Liv Fresh for her fish and chips - well worth the 45 minute drive. But order ahead, she sells out fast!!
