Very easy to communicate with when I needed to arrange a storage locker from outside the province. Had everything signed and paid for in a matter of hours. I would highly recommend Junction Mini Storage to anyone.

Service was decent until I got a phone call saying the lock was missing on my unit. Showed up to find my lock had been cut and neatly placed on a box in my unit. Expensive fishing gear was missing but funny enough all electronics and tools had not been disturbed. Building has 2 doors which do not lock. There are cameras pointing at said doors but was told it would be hard to see when or who was in there. Seems negligent to not lock doors at night or offer info on the surveillance cameras.. I get that I was supposed to get insurance but... I feel like you have to do your part in not letting intruders onto and into your property and buildings.

Best place to rent uhaul these guys are great and work with the customer to make sure they are happy and satisfied with all rentals. The storage facilities are well kept and secure with full time staff on site with after hours access. Cctv everywhere and very very safe for all your storage needs!

Once again, uhaul fails miserably. A confirmed reservation" doesn't actually mean the equipment will be there when the reservation says it will be."
