The price for the room was really good.But the rooms need some TLC.Also they need to put security looks on the outside doors or a least a key that locks the door,just don't feel to safe knowing that anyone off the street can walk in.Also need dead bolts on the room doors.But either than those issues it was clean and a quiet place to get some rest.Would come back if they make the place more secure.

Great Value! (4 stars for the price)Girlfriend and I traveling from Ontario to Alberta found this place by searching google maps and called for a rate. After $90-100 rates elsewhere, we were quoted $55 here so hell yeah we took it. The guy at the front desk was friendly, and got us in quick. The room and building were run down, sure but its a $55 stay. Some snob would complain about the rough edges (and probably make up crap about rats, ahem below poster) but all surfaces and bathroom were clean, the fridge, microwave and coffee maker worked, the TV had cable and the bed was made up with fresh smelling sheets that still had fold creases. 100% would stay here again and support the local business instead of paying double down the road for the big name place.

Quite run down. Windows did not lock, and window frames were blackened. Low water pressure in the shower. No wifi, or LAN even though the ad online says otherwise. Tv is basic cable on a 12 CRT. Whole room smelled musty."

Bed was clean and comfortable. Coffee was good (but a dead fly had to be picked out of percolator), good price. BUT paper thin walls (could hear someone sneezing two doors down), floors are falling apart (creaky, bathroom floor is completely lifting and was held down by green tape), paint stripping, large gaps in the door frames, no deadbolts on any doors. Some of these reviews encouraged me to check it out, and I would have rather slept in my car. Debit/credit machine wasn’t working so we had to get cash out of an ATM at midnight down the street. Really wanted to support a mom and pop place, but this isn’t one I would go back to.

Not super nice, but it was not expensive. Sound and smell isolation between rooms was not great. Rate was not the same as online but the office was understanding and respected the price. Wifi worked but was slow. I would stay here again probably.

The reviews are accurate; it smells, there’s no deadbolt, there’s a large crack between the door and the frame, and it’s cheap. Whatever floats your boat.

Totally disappointed with this motel. The room was uninhabitable by most standards. Once we saw the room we asked for a refund but were refused. I do not recommend staying at this establishment!!

Listen, if you're used to the hoity-toity hotels and motels of the city, this may not be the stop for you, but if you're okay with a little age/outdatedness, you'll be happy here, especially for the price. $55 a night got my boyfriend and I, a clean private room with an attached bathroom, a very comfortable bed, and a pretty nice flat screen tv. Wifi didn't work, but we were there to sleep, so it didn't bother us much anyways. Also, the owners, who live on property, are super nice and helpful! I called ahead to let them know I'd like a room and that I'd be fairly late (ended up getting in around 11:30pm) and they stayed up waiting for us, which was really awesome! I definitely recommend this place!!

A plain motel with exceptional people. I stayed the night because my car broke down on the side of the road; the managers very kindly allowed me to stay then brought me back to my vehicle to fix it up in the morning.All in all, an excellent experience and I will be back.Twitter: @mike_moreau

Twi-Lite Motel
A little outdated but clean, great price and service. We travel between alberta and ontario every 3 months and we just need to stop and nap about halfway through our trip. I have absolutely zero complaints!
