Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The branch manager Moe Abshari should be fired. Very unprofessional and rude. The second I walked into this branch all I got was disrespect and an unpleasant attitude. I rent cars all the time I've never had to deal with such incompetence. I know for a fact I will never step foot into this location again. I suggest everyone keep away from this location until they hire a new branch manager. I hope corporate looks into this and takes actions. When you are a manager you must present yourself in a professional manner with a smile, not walk around with a shrude look on your face like you hate your job. Acting in this unprofessional manner is a uneducated person's mindset. I hope enterprise does a better job when they pick their managers. If I could give this person negative stars I would.

tried to book a vehicle, insurance covered it... initially spoke with the enterprise in Barrie was told i can call any location and provide a name for them to call up my claim. spoke to a lady at this location who absolutely refused to even try to look up my name, kept trying to direct me to head office. insisted on needing a claim number in order to proceed. all she had to do was try and i would have been happy.

I have been renting from this Enterprise location for over 10 years and this past week I had a minor inconvenience in the tidiness of the car and Sushant Sharma, the asst. manager, was totally professional in his response and took great measures to make sure I was happy with the resolution he suggested. I would highly recommend this location for anyone interested in good cars at fair prices and good customer service as a bonus! Thank you Sushant.

Update (29 Sept) : Dropped car on Monday (26th Sept) and haven't got an update on the release of authorized amount, Enterprise Customer service says The ticket isn't closed yet. It is Thursday now. Shouldn't take so long anyways.Earlier :I picked my Enterprise Rental Car for the first time from this particular location (Woodbridge) and it was a seamless process. The lady in charge and Mahir, both were really great in the entire process. It took me just couple of minutes to get going and with the pre inspection and the process was very well explained by Mahir. I opted for the Damage Waiver (DW) insurance as per their recommendations. I was very happy with the Toyota Corolla car. Dropped the car at the location after 2 days and it was seamless as well.Will update on payment refund of blocked/authorized amount on my credit card as to how quickly that part is done. So far, loved it and will be using this branch for my future pick ups as well.

Just returned my vehicle and I was super happy with the Jeep Wrangler I was given. It was super clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. An extra big thank you" to Sushant and Shafiq for amazing customer service!"

They gave me a suv that was new and clean. The quality of the vehicle is a different story. However enterprise was very helpful and even dropped me off at my mechanic after I dropped off their vehicle. Not 5 stars because i had an accident with my full size SUV my insurance has a partnership with enterprise so they covered the cost.i was supposed to get the same size vehicle but they gave me a compact SUV. I'm a big guy and they definitely meant a compact SUV. Meanwhile they had a newer version of my vehicle sitting on the lot. Honestly it was good. No complaints about pick up or drop off.

My car get the accident so insurance company rent car from this location for us. We have to deposite money on 300$. After we return back late we get charge 144,89$ and the rest 155,11$ not return back to our bank account so when we call them asking about that problem they did not check anything and tell me this is still pending but from the day we return car until now it been for more than 2 weeks and they said still pending and hang up the phone right away. They did not respect customer.

Rented a truck through my insurance. If you have rented a car recently, you will notice that rental companies now tie both keys together with metal wire. Very inconvenient. I asked if I can cut the wire, no problem just don’t lose anything. I got the wire cut in mechanic shop with proper cutter.Returned the car with keys to the mechanic and mechanic returned to Enterprise. And I got a call that a piece of the key is missing and have to get it fixed - $565 charge. I know I returned the keys. Didn’t take a picture unfortunately. Manager told they have to send to the repair shop to reprogram the keys. Right about sending to repair shop not for repair the missing piece but to the out the wire back - but he can’t tell me that.$565 in the hole for no reason.

Worse experience. Car was picked up and signed off perfect condition. Charged my credit card 200 for detailing. I asked why they said it was awful. The company where they picked it up from - my collision centre in Woodbridge where my car was ready - signed off and and all employees saw car in great shape. I had a bit of loose dirt from one potted plant that fell in back. Said they had to detail whole car. On phone with three offices from Toronto to parry sound and hung up on me and will not call back since Friday. Just took money and stole. Will report them to better business bureau and told my credit card company. So not rent here

Great service all staff are great and try the best to accommodate you. It's difficult to do as cars are now being kept longer because of global shortage from covid lock downs. Jeff is always going that extra mile.Thank you again for the amazing service
