I have used Elegance Limo a couple of times to take my daughter across the Canada/U.S. border to catch a flight.I was beyond impressed at their professionalism and attention to detail.The communication with the driver and company both before and during the voyage was thorough, prompt and friendly.MThey met my daughter at the luggage carousel, and brought her directly to me in Windsor. Excellent service from Khaled and Gabriel! They arrived on time, the vehicles were immaculate, and they were both great drivers and hosts. Border crossing was a breeze, too. Mentioned that we'd never had Krispy Kreme doughnuts as we passed one of their locations. They actually bought us some and had them in the vehicle when they picked us up for the trip back! Amazing. If you need transportation in Windsor... call Elegance for sure!

Khalid my driver was wonderful, professional and overall kind. I had a flight coming in from Detroit and was stressed about making it back to the border before 12am. He crossed over to come get me and made the trip feel less stressful. The customer service is impeccable and I appreciate the great efforts to make sure i arrived home safe and sound!

I can not put into words how great my experience was using this service. A couple friends and I were in windsor this past weekend for a supercross event at Ford field in Detroit. Our drive Kalid went above and beyond our expectations from the moment he picked us up he made sure we were organized and ready to cross the border. (My first trip out of the country) on the way back Kalid saved us from disaster. We had all pur documents but there was a mistake on the arrivCAN app so Kalid pulled the van over waited and helped us get everything in order, saving myself from a near panic attack about getting back to Canada at 11pm. I can't say how amazing that was that he would do that when any other cab would have thrown us out or charged extra. Kalid THEN gave us a little tour around Windsor to calm our nerves before dropping us off. I would give this company and Kalid 10 STARS if I could because without him our weekend would have went bad real real fast. Thank you Kalid for being such a great person you were very helpful.

During the covid19 pandemic I was in detroit mi. Im a permanent resident of Canada and needed to get back to windsor Ontario. I call multiple limo and taxi cab services from Detroit and windsor and got the same answer from all of them, sorry we won't go across."
