T & N BEAUTY NAILS

I have been a few times and it seems that as I have become a more frequent client the services have gone down hill. Charging full prices for unfinished manicures and pedicures and the service has changed on more then one occasion. I usually tip very well and after this last experience I felt leaving unhappy with my services and my manicure wasn’t fully completed. I will not be returning again.

I will never go there again!Poor ventilation, dirty floors, work stations. 2 people only speak English.Be aware they will rip you off!!!! From a $45 full set solar nails, you will pay close to $90! They add on the slightest charge( nail product, nail colour, nail design, trimming the acrylic tip and somehow manicure is slapped on the top. Forget getting any jewels you pay for that too)There was very young men there, he came over and started trimming my daughters nails, he didn’t even know how to use nail clippers, he was ripping my daughters nails off.And they all are expect big tips! My daughter friend was not sitting beside us and her tech had the nerve to ask her to tip her $20!!! The girl didn’t have cash so she told her to go the ATM and come back with the cash!Worst experience ever and the nails didn’t come out perfect either!Remember don’t ever let your teenager go by themselves, you need to sit by your kid and watch what’s being done.

Very friendly and professional staff. They take a good care of their customers. I did re-fill and pedicure and im inlove. The shape i want exactly.

I frequently come here and they do okay work (not “great”, but not “bad” either). I am starting to notice that the quality of service is waning as I visit more often.1. The price variations are out of whack.You might end up paying $90 for $45 manicure for whatever reason.Nail technicians arbitrarily excising the cost of BASIC services to the customer. Example of this would be:- Adding an additional $10 for product removal (which is ridiculous especially if you got your nails done at the same place prior this visit).- Adding an additional $10 for the actual act of performing the MANICURE (cuticle care) itself (which again, is ridiculous if you are asking for a manicure in the first place).The last time I came, I was talked into doing a costly nail procedure that lasted not even two weeks.Even worse is that I always tip well.I’m still “going here”, but I will start shopping around for other places if they do not make steps to change these behaviours. Posing a visible price list is a good place to start.

I was very excited to try this place out for my first time as the reviews that I read were pretty good but my experience was not great. I asked for an acrylic refill - every single finger nail has a different shape and I asked her to fix it a few times. At one point, my left hand nails were so much longer than my right hand nails. I asked her to fix it, and she did.Especially now during COVID, new tools should be used for each client and any other tools should be sanitized. This was not the case here.My set is not even 1 week old (4 days old today) and I already have 3 nails chipped. Not sure if their polish is old but I'm very disappointed.Will not be returning.

Visited on sunday afternoon boy did nails for me not happy with tge service at all amd tgen called twice in the salon and the girls kept telling me they are busyCan maneger reach out to me its not a good service at all i am your regular client from last 3 years

If I could give you a zero I would. I am very disappointed! Not even two weeks and my nail polish was already chipping off, aswell as my acrylic nails started to fall off. The girl that did my nails obviously didn't do a very good job at Prepping the nails or they would've never fallen off. Never going to this place again. Do not waste your money on this place.

Emily is honestly amazing!! I switched nail salons and ever since Emily did my nails I won’t go anywhere else. She is truly the best and so sweet.I won’t go anywhere else
