Moose Jaw Nissan

Awesome experience with Moose Jaw Nissan! They helped me not once but twice in finding a vehicle I needed and was able to get me the financing as well, amazing staff. I would highly recommend Moose Jaw Nissan to my friends and family!

My car had a noise on the front wheel and they said we have to diagnose and they didn’t find anything, and they charged me diagnosed fee, and after that we go to Regina and they found the problem but Nissan Moose Jaw didn’t find the problem and they always charge for diagnose fee. And they charge me 2 time diagnose fee but they didn’t find a problem, so we never go to Nissan Moose Jaw anymore.

My fiance and I had purchased a used vehicle from here and the whole process was amazing! The staff is great to deal with and their service center is on point. Haven't had ANY problem with them. Will definitely be back for more oil changes and vehicles in the future. We had Justin sell us our Murano and I will be sure to buy from him again.

Colin reached out to me on kijiji and gave me a disgustingly low offer for my car.When I declined and let him know that his offer was ridiculous he was very condescending about it, and acted like he was doing me a favour. Gross behaviour from a 'professional'.

These guys were excellent! Down to earth, kind, accommodating and they know their stuff! I’ve never had such a great experience buying a car as I did with them. I’d refer any of my friends to them with no hesitation!

Connie got me in for a test drive, Colin took care of the rest. Excellent customer service, will definitely deal there again.

They do not even deserve to have one star. My husband went to see them to ask for a winter tire quote and was promised to get one at the end of the day but didn’t get any. A week passed and still didn’t get any even if he called them many times within that week. Then, when my husband took our SUV for a vehicle health check, at the end of the day, they didn’t even notice that tires were too low. They just gave him the bill and that’s it! Did they really check the vehicle???? I doubt it! Even the squeaky brake was the same.Be careful when buying from these folks because when you will have your complimentary services, you will doubt if they really are doing it!!! Don’t waste your time and effort in trusting this dealership again! They have done terrible services to us in the past. It is our fault that we keep trusting these people!!

I hope this speaks volumes, I have never wrote a review for anything or anyone in my life and will continue to do so after I speak my mind. Brett and Colin you 2 are beautes in everything you do and say (deserve a raise). Not a fan of Moose Jaw, but I think the only thing it’s got going for them is Nissian and their wonderful staff. Connie, you’re also amazing. I’ll be back to buy you coffees and donuts. Also, the car was top notch. That’s all.

Bought a new truck from Nissan Moose Jaw the service I received from Colin and Brett was first class. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Even after I took the vehicle home both guys reached out to me to see if I got home safe and if I was happy with the ride.

We went here first as this was our first car brand of choice. But we were disappointed with how the car dealer handled our business. If you want a Nissan, you might wanna look elsewhere.
