Ryan has treated both myself and my husband for a variety of different issues. The staff are friendly and Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable. The different modalities of treatment he offers sets him apart. We recommend him all the time.

Receiving treatment from Bill has been nothing but fabulous. He takes the time to listen and ask the right questions so he can understand your injury. His approach with treatment is caring and the manual therapy really works. I would highly recommend Bill.

I have an arthritic condition in my neck (because, of course, I'm old) that makes it difficult to keep my head up during longer bike rides. Therapist extraordinaire Ryan Bachmeier put me through a mix of massage, IMS and traction. The results are astonishing. While it'll never be completely fixed, the treatments have taken away 90 percent of the pain, even during long rides. Ryan answered every question I had in a way that I could easily understand. Great place. Great practitioner. Highest recommendation.

Ryan was recommended to me by my last physiotherapist as he was moving away. I would not go anywhere else. Hes very knowledgeable, and honest about how ur recovery is going to go and what you need to be doing to fix it, and the consequences of not doing it. Theres no BS. I always say I heal up fast, but truely it's about proper treatment and following what your told to do. I find reception always pleasent and enjoy my encounters there. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've been going to this office for quite a few years to get help with this aging body. The staff here is great work with. They are all very professional and knowledgeable at what they do. Both Ryan and Ross have helped me work through some issues.

Not being a person who writes reviews, I have to take a minute to express my extreme gratitude to Ross McKinnon. Twenty years past a failed ACL repair on my right knee and now with osteoarthritis in that knee, Ross has managed to keep me performing at a competitive level of rowing. He takes the time to diagnose, treat and then most importantly, provide me with the proper rehabilitation routine to support and strengthen my knee. I was recently able to compete again in a regional regatta because of Ross' knowledge, advice and flexibility (thanks for squeezing me into the end of your day). A big thrill for me.Despite my best efforts to thwart Ross' work by not listening to his advice, he takes me back, works with me, and gets me back on the water. Went to see Bill the physiotherapist. He was initially 15 minutes late. Then only spent 22minutes with me and did some IMS needling and told me to come back after he back from his vacation. I look at my phone and mentioned the receptionist (which I believe is his wife) said it was a 45minute-1hour evaluation and treatment and asked if we could go over some exercises and stretches. He said Your time is irrelevant

I read the review below and would suggest maybe trying again. We all can have an off day. I have seen Bill many times over the years and have never found another Physio with more knowledge and understanding of the body. He has always been kind and compassionate and listened. He has his opinions on the best treatments, but they are based on solid evidence based medicine and the latest research. I highly recommend Bill Burton to all my friends and acquaintances. I highly recommend Bill, he has been keeping me active for many years . I have had 3 surgeries due to a work accident and have problems due to scar tissue. I have crawled in many times and walked out mobile again and after a couple of treatments my back is as stable as we can get it. He insists that staying active is the key and he is the reason I can golf ski and farm. I have called in many times and said help I can't stand up and Dawn will squeeze me in, Bill will get the acute flair up to settle down and a few treatments later I am back in the tee box. I highly recommend Bill and KMT.

I have been seeing Bill Burton religiously for the past 2 years. My whole family and everyone I know goes to him, he is amazing and any other treatment providers we have experienced in the Valley pale in comparison to the magic he performs. He goes above and beyond with his treatments, and can seemingly pick out problem spots with one glance at my back. He is straight to the point and gets what needs to be done, done. If you're expecting coddling and lullabies, look elsewhere, Bill is concerned for the health of your body and will spend all of his energy on fixing what needs to be fixed, end of story. His wife Dawn who works as the receptionist is exceptionally wonderful and also incredible at her job. I have been seeing the kinesiologist at the clinic, Paige, and have absolutely adored my time with her, the exercises she has given me have helped my mobility since the crash and keep me moving towards the end of the healing tunnel. She puts in a tonne of work switching exercises up based on what my body needs and adjusting things on the spot when it isn't working. She is very knowledgable and efficient at her job. Overall my experiences at the clinic have been nothing short of wonderful and I can honestly say this is where my family and loved ones will always go.
