Radon Gas Removal Systems

After finally purchasing a home tester we had extremely high levels of radon exceeding 2000 BQ.After seeing this frightening number on our radon meter we immediately called radon gas removal systems Kelowna throughout the holidays.I was quite shocked how fast they responded back to us thinking they were shut down throughout the holidays. We left a voicemail and told him we believe this is an emergency. They got back to us right away and came out to run a test of their own. Their readings matched ours and we proceed immediately for mitigation. The installer was very knowledgeable, and did an exceptional Job. He came back two days later to do a retest and our numbers were just over 100 BQ which I was shocked we were able to get the numbers so low down to a safe number. When I found out homes in Kelowna have a higher risk of radon issues I bought a test system (Radon Eye). Our house was build in 1990 and the test showed levels were 3 to 4 times higher than WHO safety guidelines (av. around 8 pCi/l). The team at Radon Gas Removal responded quickly and Bill came up with a plan to address the issue. Our property turned out to be far more challenging than expected. As soon as it was clear plan A didn't work and the radon levels hadn't come down as expected they got right on it. Bill and the Radon Gas Removal team clearly know what they're doing and they made sure the job was done right. They attacked the issue from several angles, always considerate of our time and not disrupting the flow/aesthetic of our house. Brining the levels down involved a lot of extra work and they did it with no questions asked, no hidden or extra charges. We have been in this house 2 years and I have young kids.
