I have heard a lot of negatives about this agency. From forcing girls to maintain 24-inch waist sizes and selecting favorites based on height and weight. This is appalling to me as we are supposed to be embracing diversity these days. This agency was operational during Covid lock downs in Edmonton and Calgary and even had large girl events and castings at that time and posted them on social media. Scams involving recruiting models only to have them pay entirely out of pocket to model internationally for nothing happens all the time. Plus size models should be a consideration in this day and age and not so quickly pushed aside, and older agencies like PFM should be much more accepting and supportive. Models are too afraid to voice truths about this agency and it's scams or often not openly shared. PFM is just as corrupt as Chan International.

My daughter has been with the Agency since February/2019. Everyone is kind and the agency cares about your child’s well-being and developing them to be the best they can be.
