Been here on numerous occasions and each time, I have been super extremely happy with these guys! Professional, great service, awesome prices and a ton of inventory. This time, it was to help my client get light fixtures to increase the value of his investment property and to brighten up the place. My order came in 12 hours and it was super easy to install. Wow! Finally, I found a store with all types of lights used for decoration. I bought a new house but it had out-dated decorations and lightnings. So I wanted to decorate it with modern ones and Cairo Glitz helped me with it. Their staffs are well-mannered and helped me with the selection of lights. I am very happy with their service.

One star is overrated. I bought a bunch of their chandeliers from their store. Two (2) of them are perfect but the when I opened the big chandelier, I found that 1 of the parts is deformed (photos attached). I guess their delivery guy does not care about their deliveries. I called their 2 branches and the lady in Vaughan said that they cannot replace the part. Even though I told them their written warranty on their invoice clearly states that If a body

Purchased from CG for the first time and had a great experience. Staff were really helpful in helping me pick out the perfect light & delivery was great since I live far from the store. Quality of the crystal is exquisite - over all would defiantly recommend.

Unfortunately this store has absolutely stunning lights. As someone who has known people working close to the company I know alot of disappointing truths about it. The lights themselves can be beautiful however the warranty they come with are often not held too. If you buy your light and it has no manufacturers defect or damage.... you might be alright. However if you do the company has shown over and over and over their lack of professionalism and will most definitely go back on their legally obliged warranty.Certain managers are very demeaning and highly insensitive to their clients who spend alot of time and energy with the company. It is very disappointing to see such beautiful lights being sold by such unprofessional individuals. There have been numerous situations where lights were purchased under (final sale) but never once did an asociate mention this prior to purchase. Nor would it have been labeled on the merchandise itself. I can understand that mistakes happen, however the right response is to discuss in great depth with the associate the fault in their action as this is legally obliged to be discussed or labeled on the products before sold. There for this is a company problem.The ONLY next appropriate step would be then to function a return or exchange, as it was purchased under the idea of a possible return and no knowledge of being final sale was prevalent. This to me was deeply disturbing and shows their lack of morals and ethics as a company.Instead their response as a company is to further penalize the customer tell untruths such as stating things like ...it was on the item and they as a customer needed to look close. Implying the customer has lied instead of taking ownership for the unfortunate mistakeIt is not a professional or honest company.I would highly recommend buying your lights else where. They are NOT unique you can find identical lights online and on Amazon with the same quality but with much more reasonable prices. They over value there lights and tell untruths on the quality and why the cost is so high.There are so so so many more issues but these are the most important ones.

We are a real estate company and recently needed lighting for one of our client's home to brighten it up before a sale. We wanted a unique modern lighting for the kitchen. We visited both locations and found the perfect lighting! The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Items were delivered on time and in perfect condition. Highly recommended for service and high quality products!

The collection is so nice at cairo glitz and unique. Very nice when I assembled the chandeliers. BUT be extra careful when you buy anything from them. I purchased all the chandeliers for my house from them on the Black Friday. I thought I would save lots on this day but actually the sale is always on. They told me that is the last day of the sale so I rushed to buy everything I need. Unfortunately one of the chandeliers was too big and I figured that out even before picking up.They gave me store credit, later I replaced it and I bought all what I need which are 5 chandeliers. Only 140 left as a credit (less than 5% of my purchase) they refused to refund me. I kept sending emails and it ended up with no answer after arguing many times. If I bought everything what can I use the 140 dollars for? Not even one space left for extra one. I totally understand the policy but they should be more flexible with their customers.
