I came here because it was close to my aunt’s place which was in the area. It’s a Subway, Gas station store and McDonald’s. The parking was lacking. But, it’s a small parking lot which is located at the corner of a busy street. I ordered an egg & bacon McMuffin with a hash brown and an ice coffee. It wasn’t that quick to receive my meal but the service was friendly. I had a great experience. I would return.

They just always fall short, it’s actually more surprising to get an order that’s right and fresh. Also, they clearly don’t know how to make a McFlurry....

This has been the second time I've been here. First time wasn't a great experience either. Worst McDonald's ever. I never write reviews, but be prepared to wait 20 minutes at the drive-thru. And the wrapper for my McMuffin was all crumpled up, like they pulled it out of a trash can and reused it.

Worst service ever. I ordered 2 coffees for curb side pick up. Nobody showed for 10-12 mins. When I went inside the store and asked about my order, the staff said they didn't know that they had to bring it outside to curb side. They had the order right there prepared and were serving me the cold out coffee prepared earlier. They even refused to make fresh one or even apologize for the inconvenience. Such a rude and arrogant staff. I had to leave the order there even after paying for it.

They just revamped the place hence the 1 star. Waited 25 minutes for a chicken burger. Always long wait, even if you are the only one there. I have nothing against hiring handicapped/slower people, they need to work and be active in society, but management should avoid putting them all on the same shift all the time or during peak hours( I mean the whole shift).Update - They may have changed their shifts, but probably due to personal shortage, it is still slow service.Update 5 Nov 2022, service still a bit slow. Staff better this time they were out of toys and took upon themselves to compensate with extra yogurt or fries in each happy meal ordered(3) really appreciated. They did forget to brink in of the ordered drink out, but quickly returned with it when prompted. (We used curbside pick-up) upgraded to 3 stars from 1 overall.

They're almost always out of the limited items, despite them being shown as available in the app or on signs outside.They take an eternity and often get the order wrong.

This evening we tried the new chicken Big Mac which McDonald’s has been seriously promoting. It was quite disappointing. The chicken burger was tasteless, bland, dry and heavy compared to the traditional beef Big Mac. Sorry McDonald’s, nice try but this time around, this new chicken sandwich is a miss. We do not recommended it.

Ordered 4 apple pies for multiple people. Everyone threw them away. They were made the previous day. You could not even bite into them they were so stale. Other times I had to go there, their machines don't work often. Very disappointing.
