Always very crowded at this location. The only way to exit the store is through the checkout lane, which is always long. Several folks had to wade through the crowd to leave without a purchase. The aisles seem smaller than at other locations, but there was also merchandising carts and stockers in a couple of main aisles. Had a price question on an item at checkout and the cashier resolved it quite efficiently via two-way radio with the dept staff.

Nothing all the deals are in stock. Depending on how lucky you are, you may get a staff that is helpful. Had good and bad experiences here. At other Canadian Tires, I had an employee went above and beyond, but never here.

Absolutely appalling morning coming here. I parked, stepped away from my car to cross the street to go to the bank. I come back literally a few minutes later to go into the store - and there’s a 60$ PARKING TICKET ON MY WINDSHIELD. I go inside and buy the cleaning items I needed - I asked the kind lady at the till who I can speak to about this parking ticket - she directs me to the automotive department desk. I asked the manager of the automotive department why there is literally someone outside stalking customers and giving them parking tickets. I must have struck a nerve of a bigger situation, because he got really upset and explained construction workers have been parking there for the day. I am CLEARLY NOT A CONSTRUCTION WORKER. I live around the corner and was dressed in nice clothes, simply running errands for literally 30 minutes. I explained the signs say I have one hour to park, I was only there 30 minutes total, why would I get a ticket?? He got very upset, so I ended the conversation and left. I spend a lot of money here, well over 2,000$ last year at this store. I am constantly doing curbside pickups and getting my car tires/car tuning done here. The fact this company thinks it’s okay to have someone watching their customers in a one hour parking lot like criminals is so gross. I’m never ever coming back to this store. You need to fire the stalker in your parking lot or you’re going to have an empty store.

Very disappointed from my visit yesterday. I had work done on my car yesterday (installing wheel protectors) and was scheduled for 3pm for my appointment. Dropped the car and was told it would be done in 2.5 hours. At 2.5 hours I got a call mentioning they needed 45 more minutes. I was ok however not very happy. So I decided to go there and wait when I noticed the work had just started and the mechanic who was working on my wheel protection was looking at the instruction manual and I was told he was new doing this. I am ok with someone learning however not at the expense of the customer and missing what was agreed upon. So all in all I got my car 4.5 hours later. This is very bad and not very happy. I doubt I will go back there to have work done.

I have a feeling lots of people with parking issues are actually abusing the lot and going to go buy something after getting a ticket on their return.Also lots of people's returns rejected as people think they can use items and return them once they are done.I guess finding local staff is hard for them, but the temporary foreign workers they bring in are simply not customer centric or friendly.

Only thing is 2 star cause I see 1 employee I can talk a bit to.I talk to the manager here, I talk to the employees here, employees who as female is okey, well but employees/manager who is male is being rude and seems flying away.Really annoying place and they seems like just selling but their quality is hard to tell(bad or okey).I been experience missing the warranty paper I should have, missing the people I can talk to and more.And I never know manager can be someone who I ask can’t say anything. You are a store!Still good pointI have a employee who is nice. That’s it. Other 5 or 6 I been see just not really well image. But still have something cheap. And when I asking for returning things or ask for the things they should tell they just can’t believe .And don’t think they can tell you anything about the product you buying any problem they don’t care*caution no return no replacement*If you wanna talk to someone haha so funny the service desk is here with only one person being a cashier then nobody here. You gonna be kinda more hard to doing the thing you should have.And they are someone say I’ll give you phone call tomorrow but never call it.I should know that and stop buying.Annoying experience with service that have no any responsible for anything.Not recommend here, all the thing you can find better other place.AddOh great. I. See YOU HAVE SERIAL NUMBER HERE, and you don’t put them system and tell customer at all? And when I asked before you say all bikes here have no serial number and even don’t know project 529 at all? Even lied to me ? If you don’t have any responsibilities then why you here?Wow shock me.

There is a very poor level of customer service. The operator I don't know's name, but her operator number is 745, interacted with me very aggressively. Another customer service agent with blond (highlighted) hair did not answer my question. Did you find the credit card? I asked her. I just lost it here. She said I did not find it" and she did not check the drawer

I have dealt with Canadian Tire for over 40 years in different provinces. This one at 3500 3Rd Richmond has perpetually the worse of the worse in my years in Richmond B.C. It seems the business culture of both the management and the employees has been toxic. Each time e.g., yesterday, when I returned an online purchased product to the store, the clerks as a group, tried to find fault with the returned product with such a fine comb that made me feel like a criminal. At first, they once again, gathering as a group as if they had nothing else to do, began to harass me and only after my pleading, they reluctantly and as if a charity, allowed" me to have store credits. The brass of Canadian tire should really look into this store before it further damage the good reputation of the brand and brand name."

I wouldn’t give you one star, since I was asked by the staffs to leave my backpack to them when I entered the store! I just want to buy a bag of top soil. Since when Canadian Tire has the right to ask customers leave their belongings to their staffs. I have all kinds of personal things in my backpack and why should I trust them since they don’t trust me neither. Bad policy and I will contact your head office to see what the big fuss all about! And don’t expect me to come back! Up yours.

Staffs have 1 star rating here.Just go experience it... It is not consistent. .I feel so bad for CANADIAN TIRE..Doesn't seem like good trainers or leaders at this store location. Cause the staffs especially at checkouts needs an upgrade with attitude, sincerity and smarts.Not being rude to anyone particular.... But succeed as a team and fail as a team also right?Hope our next visits in the future will be different.So sad to see ur staff representing a Canadian brand to be so...one star...If anyone at Canadian Tire cares about its brand...
