Today I went into subway around 12:30 to order a foot long combo for lunch. The fountain machine was out of service which I dint realize until it was time to pay. When I asked if the bottle would be the same price as the fountain pop I was told no and its not their problem, well as a customer I know its for sure NOT MY problem either. I said I will walk away from my order on principle and she stated she did not care. As a business owner, its a great hustle to unplug a machine and up-sell bottled drinks to move inventory for sure!This was right after they told a man he could not have his service dog inside the store as it is store policy.The two girls working today (07/10/2023) for sure need to be signed up for some re-training!Do better subway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially seeing all the reviews are related to customer service issues.

I recently visited this Subway store and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The main reason for my disappointment was the rude behavior displayed by the female employee.Upon entering the store, I approached the counter with a friendly greeting, expecting a similar response. However, the employee in question seemed disinterested and appeared to be in a bad mood. She barely acknowledged my presence and responded curtly when I asked for clarification on menu options.As I continued with my order, her impolite demeanor persisted. She was impatient, unhelpful, and even made derogatory remarks under her breath, which left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. It was evident that she lacked basic customer service skills and professionalism.Furthermore, her lack of attention to detail resulted in several errors in my sandwich preparation. When I brought these mistakes to her attention, she displayed an indifferent attitude and made no attempt to rectify the situation. This kind of dismissive behavior is simply unacceptable in any customer-oriented establishment.As a regular Subway customer, I have come to expect a certain level of service and courtesy from their staff members. Unfortunately, this particular encounter has left a bitter taste in my mouth. The actions of this employee not only tarnished the reputation of the store but also undermined the positive experiences I've had in other Subway locations.I sincerely hope that the management of this store takes immediate action to address the issue of their employee's behavior. Customers should be treated with respect and professionalism, and incidents like these should not go unnoticed or unaddressed.I would strongly advise others to be cautious when visiting this Subway store until the necessary steps are taken to ensure better customer service. It is my hope that they can rectify the situation and create a more welcoming environment for future patrons.

Worse location, Most of the time you will not find the bread of your choice, so you have take what ever left. Selling stale breads and all vegetables seems local store quality. Will not recommend this location. Fresh breads never react like that. (PICTURE)

If i could rate 0 i would have given 0 they messed up order completely they interchanged bread that i asked also they did not grill and toaste sandwich which we asked for before while placing order on appthe girl who was at service was so rude and unhelpful that she didnt even answer any questions we had as customers we would never recomand this subway to anyone and hope actions are taken against this behaviour of “sandwich artist”We usually order from subway throu other location and tried this one today its the worst experience by far

The customer service is very bad. It was my first time I came here and I am sure am gonna never come back again. The girl was very rude to us we thought but she was rude to everyone. Please train your employees to give better service if you want any customers.

I would highly recommend the store owner to work on customer service. At the end of the day if the customers don’t get treated well they won’t prefer to come to your location even if its convenient. Worst customer service, ordered online and the order that we received was incorrect. Also, when we reached out for help we were asked to get same sandwich next day to get the replacement. I mean lol. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location

Went in and the only bread options were white or multigrain . The girl in charge was skimping on everything even salads . I ordered a bowl and there was no avacado left in the container but she gave me bitter scraps from the side . You charge us enough atleast give customers what they pay for .

We went in to order 7 subs but the Tex mex bread was out of stock. So, we could order only 3 of them with that bread and remaining we had to go with the other types as it was already getting late. The lady built our subs well with patience for all our customizations.

We could not find the bread what we wants it. So we ordered the gluten free subway but girls does not know how to make the subway properly. She added unnecessary items and sauces. Owner should educate their employees. Not satisfied with this subway.
