Just can't get orders right. Inability to make a proper sandwich. At least I got cheese with my Chicken big mac.

We went through the Drive thru, the staff were courteous, and quick with our order. The food was hot and had no issues with our order.I recommend this location.

rude staff and can never get the order right. We went to drive thru around 9pm and I was missing an item, it was very busy and wanted to go inside store instead of waiting another 20mins in drive thru but they wont let us in, they were people inside and staff wont let me in for some reason saying they are closed. They are always worried about their time and do not care about customer service at all!! Can never get anything right. Do not recommend.

Both iced teas were filled this much and were very watered down. They are basically water with a splash of iced tea for colour. I am not impressed.

Terrible service was provided at this site. The dining area was very empty at the time. I came in and ordered 2 hot chocolates at the self order quiosk and waited 10 minutes for my order. During my wait, there was only 1 order ahead of me(which the other customer stated they had been waiting 20 minutes already for their order). I asked an employee how long for the hot chocolate and she stated she didn't know how to make it and was wandering amliously around the front area. I then flagged down a man in a button down shirt asking if he was the manager, he responded with an uuuuhhhh...ya. he spoke a different language to someone behind the wall to make the hot chocolates. When I did finally receive the drinks....the other customers were still waiting for their food. It was very disorganized, and disappointing how it was all dealt with.

Just another McDonalds, nothing special about this location. The Play area, was absolutely disgusting while visiting. Pop was spilt on the floor, making it sticky. Garbage was overflowing and more then half the tables had garbage on them. Booster chairs were wrapped in plastic, but 2 of them had dried out fries inside the seats. Again - disgusting. I don't think there was any staff working, who were over the age of 25.Placed our order at the kiosk, at 621pm, and we didn't get food, till 26min later because I was told they had to make a fresh order of nuggets for us.Worst McDonalds location, ever

Coffee was luke warm at best....20 nuggets were burnt..looks like they might have been heated up a few different times. Worst McDonald's meal I have had maybe ever.

I used the self service kiosk and that went well. Coming in the restaurant I noticed that it was clean and well lit. I used the washroom and it was clean. The service was friendly and courteous. Overall My experience was good. I did not stay in to eat. These are COVID 19 times so no self service sodas. and limited seating.
