Incredibly Comfortable Uniforms (ICU)

Hyper judgmental staff, BEWARE. Went in look to pick up my mom some more scrubs and I have never been so disrespected in my life, just the Rudest staff i have ever interacted with. I will never tell colleagues, friends, or family to come here.

I had an incredible experience shopping here, there is so much selection you are bound to find your size in any style you like. I couldn’t believe the scrub pants and tops on sale at the front of the store, what a deal!!! Customer service was amazing, I didn’t get her name, but I think she was the owner, you can tell she has a passion for the medical field and respects healthcare staff. I will be regularly shopping here for all my scrub needs!

So many different types and colours of scrubs, very comfortable and durable. The lady at the front helped me so much! Definitely recommending this place to everyone I know worming in healthcare.

I had the most amazing experience today at ICU - I was greeted right away and had immediate help. I was really happy to find that everything I liked came in my size, and in tall! The staff was so kind and knowledgeable - I didn’t catch her name, but she was just lovely.

Wife loves this place. She is tiny and most scrubs don't fit her right. This place has lots of options for her. Only thing is that the more expensive ones tend to be the only ones making size tiny lol.

Incredible selection and great service! The lady that helped me was so friendly and made my experience here super pleasant! This will be the only place I come for scrubs from now on!

I have previously had good experience at this location but today the same lady I usually deal with was so rude and short to me accusing me of washing an item and trying to exchange it when indeed I took the tag off assuming my usual size would fit me and it was actually a M even though it was labeled a S. she cut me off mid sentence and didn’t even care to listen to my explanation. I don’t have patience to be treated that way so I will not be returning

Love this store! It’s not at big as the South end one - but it still has a ton of options to choose from. I absolutely love KOI, and this store has an incredible selection to choose from. I have converted so many of my colleagues to KOI. They hold up extremely well. I have never had an item rip, tear or fray, even items I have worn for 5+ years. And only after years and years of washing does the colour fade enough to warrant you buying new ones. Great quality, insanely comfortable. The girl that works here is usually wonderful to deal with, but I do have to agree with some of the comments on here. Sometimes she is incredible, other times, she seems very critical and passive aggressive almost. However, people have bad days, and she almost always works by herself, and I’ve seen her juggle multiple clients and be extremely helpful. She also knows these scrubs inside and out and is very knowledgeable. This is the only company i purchase my scrubs from!

I enjoy the scrub selection here. I think the scrubs are all (or almost all) Koi brand + Betsey Johnson like the south side location.The store is smaller than the south side one but there is still a good selection. I think for the average person you will be able to find the scrubs you are looking for.I love how organized the store is! Just look at the rack labels and you can find the size and fit (up to XS-3X, petite, regular, & tall).The lady helping me was really nice and helpful. She greeted me and asked if I needed help and then found 3 scrub tops for me immediately. She also knew my size right away which was helpful!
