St Mary's Elementary school

I cannot begin to explain how amazing this school is. I am currently a 7th grade student and it's my first year of high school. This school prepared me or absolutely everything and i am incredibly grateful. I am a student of a private french school and although it's my second language, St-Mary's made sure i was ready for the challenge. Espacially the sixth grade teachers. Thank you to all the staff for not only making me the student i am today but the person i am today. If you are thinking of signing your child up don't think twice! you won't regret it

Since I arrived in Montreal with sons. They would go the school. I wasn’t sure everything meanwhile i was a full time student. The teachers gave my sons to eat meal when I didn’t prepare their lunches with misunderstanding.And taxi service would provide from home to school . School starting time is earlier than saint Lambert Elementery.And daycare fee was flexible, for instance we can choose morning day care and altogether. Prices of fee was practical...

I have to choose a star to continue. This asylum deserves ZERO stars. The former principal 'sc' is a bully and lacks transparency. Teachers are afraid to talk. Their eyes are shifty. The former principal even cut a conversation I was having with a teacher and practically pushed the teacher back in her classroom. Teacher hops back into a dark classroom. This school has a penitentiary feel and psych ward feel, not a school. Parents are not welcomed and are not allowed beyond the threshold. Former principal 'sc' LOOKS LIKE THE HEADMISTRESS from 'MATILDA'. She would make things up as she went along, is ignorant and is completely in the wrong career. If you have any issues with any principals, contact the ombudsman. It is your right as a parent. Question, question, question what they do. Your child is your priority.As for agendas, they should be used to mark down homework and not to destroy a child on paper. That is so atrocious and unacceptable.As for these star ratings, I wonder if they are connected with the school. There are no comments, just stars. If this school closes down, it would not be a loss.

I am giving 3 stars simply because I can't blame my daughters experience in this school just on the administration / staff. She had great teachers. I just think there should be more consequences for bullies but real consequences. A simple chat will not do. The new principal, from what I saw is very kind and also available when needed.

This school is the best.
