Very nice and friendly. Did an easy and comfortable contact fitting. They were very patient with me as I was being very particular with the measurements. Contacts they ordered for me were great. They also assisted me when I relocated to a different city across the country. Would recommend.

Recently moved here and needed to find a new optometrist. I picked this place based on the reviews and am I ever happy I did! Everyone was so helpful and pleasant, and Dr. Roach is fantastic. I felt like I was in great hands - thorough exam and seemed to have all the newest technology. I am really pleased with all aspects of this clinic and will be recommending to others. Thanks!

I had an excellent experience at the Insight Optometry. I had a severe red eye that had developed to be very painful overnight, I had requested for an appointment on Friday morning, I didn't expected to be seen on that day but the kind receptionist (I think its Janelle, sorry if I got the name wrong) had given me an appointment with Dr. Roach. My experience with Dr. Roach and her assistant Noah was absolutely amazing. They both were very friendly and listened patiently to my issue. Dr. Roach took some time and tested my eye, discussed with some more specialists at Eye Care Center QE-II and referred me to one of the doctors there because of the seriousness of my issue. I am writing this review on the Saturday evening with most of my eye's redness gone and I am feeling very better now. Thanks Dr. Roach for going above and beyond on a busy Friday afternoon and doing what's right for the patient. The world needs more people like you!

From entry to exit the entire staff were personable and professional. My experience was enjoyable and productive.Dr. Bonang was super nice and thorough! Heather in the frames/lens department was such a pleasure. All around a good setup.I chose them because of their high Google Business rating and the fact that they reply to almost if not all Google reviews.

I just wanted to share the outstanding service I recently received at Insight Optometry. The arm on my Mom's glasses broke and I tried to get it repaired at the location where she got them many years ago. They quoted me $300 to have them repaired. I decided to shop around and called Insight. The receptionist (Cindy) was very nice on the phone and suggested I come in to see what they could do. When I got there, they realized I was not a returning customer and that the glasses were not purchased there. Despite that she brought the glasses to optician Mike Bonang and he happened to have a spare arm sitting in a parts bin. The colour wasn't an exact match but that was OK. He replaced the arm and refused to charge me anything for it!! I can't say just how impressed I was with Mike and Cindy and glad to say that the East Coast Customer Service has not died!! These folks took the time to figure out the best solution for me. I’ve had vision problems for probably 10 years and been to multiple eye doctors, all giving me prescriptions that really didn’t help solve my vision issue and sending me on my way. Insight was different, they took the time and figured out I have a rare condition affecting my cornea. They referred me to a specialist and set me up with special contact lenses that correct my vision in a way that glasses or standard contacts can’t. It’s been years since I’ve been able to see clearly and I can’t thank insight enough for changing that for me. Thanks to Dr. Davis for identifying my issue and thanks to Erin, the contact specialist for meeting with me several times to get me seeing clearly again! Great people too!

I saw Dr. Bonang who was so personable and went above and beyond. I had the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Clearly my former clinic dropped the ball. My optician Nick was absolutely amazing and made it feel like I was dealing with a friend. They have the best selection of eyewear I’ve ever seen.

I’ve been dealing with complex eye issues since the age of 4. After four surgeries this year, including a cataract surgery and lens replacement (at the age of 28), I was feeling a little defeated. The amazing Dr.Seamone recommended I attend this clinic to see Dr. Rachel Noah.Today I walked out with wicked new glasses that make me feel super confident. Best of all, I walked out of the building and realized everything I’d been missing. I have never had the fortune of seeing this well. As I got to see the boats on the water for the first time in a long time, I felt this review was necessary. The eye testing and assisting with choosing eyewear and answering all my questions and concerns - everything was a smooth process. I have had an excellent experience at the Insight Optometry as a patient. Recently, I have had some eye issues and have seen Dr. Roach and Dr. Bonang for helping treat my issue. Every appointment has been great. All my questions were answered and they even explained what was potentially causing my issue.
