No accountability!!Might have got 4km away from the oil change yesterday where they checked tires and inflated. Tire blew out on the ring road. I'm not a believer in coincidence. You should be taking accountability for the services you offer!! Hopefully head office will agree with me, but thankfully there's enough competition that I have options if they choose not to help. Convenience comes at a cost folks!! I'd be looking elsewhere

Fine enough place to do an oil change but I wouldn't do a tire swap. They used a grease pencil to mark the rims to avoid resynching the sensors. After several washes I had to scrape the residue off and it's left a hazy reminant on the aluminum rims.Update: they did follow up with the complaint which I appreciate. Kudos to them.

I have 4 vehicles that I take to Mr. Lube, University PK Dr, Regina - twice a year each, for the last 15 years. 8.00 coupons - small savings but over the years for 8 oil changes a year, it adds up. Today they refused to take my coupon because it was expired. Too lazy to over ride the computer, so YES for 8.00 I switched my 8 oil changes a year to Great Canadian Oil Change. Incidentally, I was able to find a $15.00 coupon on line for Great Canadian Oil Change, so I guess I will start using them from now on, since Mr. Lube is too cheap and lazy to accept my expired coupon, which they always accepted before for the last 15 years.

Jockey of vehicles was not done according to arrival. I sat for 45 mins waiting and people who are after me got greeted or advised of potential wait time. I finally called an attendant who brought another beverage to a client for the second time and asked if they were going to Jockey the vehicles. I was asked what time arrived and told him at 5 and pointed out 4 vehicles that arrived after me..they way the Jockey was being done I was put last...needles to say I left without my oil change. Upset loyal customer.

I always get the best service here!!! They give me a list of things that i may need to consider to be on top of the upkeep on my car ... reasonably priced especially for the level of service from the young staff ... I'm a little embarrassed about how dirty my engine air filter was but the new one got put in!! It is best for your vehicle to get the full synthetic oil in my opinion!! They also keep aweosme detailed records of all the visits and recommendations!!

I'm really happy to use this location exclusively. They did my tire changeover, my oil change and I find them very honest. Shagy and his crew are very friendly and clear. I also had my engine light on, they used their computer and they changed my spark plugs, for what they couldn't do they referred me to Midas North location. Good guys but very busy at this time, best to use their wifi for the wait. Thank you so much!

Sure the oil change might cost a little more than a dealer or other mechanic shop, but the customer service is beyond any store or service entity around. And the convenience is fantastic. If you're having a rough day and you need an oil change stop in and I'll put you in a good mood :-)

I came to the east Mr Lube because of a vibration caused by having to drive through hard heavy snow. The young man (I'm sorry I didnt get your name) determined there was no damage and knocked the snow out of the front of the car which got rid of the vibration. He did this quickly and there was no charge. I really appreciate that Mr. Lube has this service available for those of us who need a quick look over. Thank you very much!

I came to have oil change today and had Brady to serve me. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would give him 10 stars instead of just 5. I will definitely come back for other services
