Family Shelters of London

This place has had many different names over the past decade, or so, as well as different,yet similar usage.It has retained its use as a drop-in centre, mainly for the homeless, A Computer Room has been built to aid people to search for jobs and also a place to live. Several (friendly and helpful) staff are on hand to help where ever needed.Occasionally, students are placed here in a co-op capacity: Giving them some experience with Mental Health clients, of which there are plenty in attendance most days.Snacks, coffee, meeting new friends (and old) for conversation, games, etc. are some of the amenities to be enjoyed here. It serves as a very important resource for the more unfortunate citizens of London.There just are not enough of these types of community assists to meet the requirements for the growing population of the homeless!
