My humble pranams to my yogagurus. Varieties of yogaasanas are taught by well trained, dedicated, different yogagurus each day to keep our body, soul and mind in good health. It has really benefited me. I feel very light of my body. It has given me wonderful start each day. I don't want to miss even a single day. They are doing yeoman service to the mankind.

Since I started doing yoga with Archana, I feel more connected to my body. I tend to live in my head but yoga brings me to be more present and feel more calm and relaxed. I have taken yoga at the gym before and it tends to be too fast pace, with Archana, she teaches why the importance of the movement and the muscles involved. She also provides an alternative move for those of us who are challenged with flexibility. Thank you Archana!

Thanks a lot to Archana and Subir for an amazing workshop on high BP. I thoroughly enjoyed the session. Each and every aspect of techniques to manage BP were explained clearly and were also demonstrated very well. I am hoping to continue these yoga techniques to manage my high BP problem. I am confident that these techniques would tremendously helpful. Again, a huge thanks to exceptional and dedicated yoga teachers, Archna and Subir, and all other teachers.

The Manas course has transformed me by using simple techniques such as mindful eating, setting simple goals and taking everyday baby steps towards these goals. The breathing and yoga exercises are a true blessing to my body, mind and spirit. I highly recommend the Manas course to anyone looking to make a gradual but profound change in their lives.Archana is a wonderful teacher and teaches practical things that are so easy to incorporate into day to day activities, without any drastic steps. It is a slow and steady, well paced transformation that is for life.

Archana and her team have expert knowledge of body movement, various tips & techniques to improve flexibility & their attention to detail make them great instructors! They use that perception to help students to correct & improve techniques.The hour I spend doing yoga with them is the best hour of my day. I get everything I need, a little bit of work-out to break some sweat, strong stretch in sore muscles and deep relaxation at the end. It truly is is both body and mind yoga, the teachers project really good energy, so if you’ve been having a rough day, this class will set you back on the right path. I would definitely recommend it! Thank you Archana :)

Archana is a great yoga and meditation teacher!Her Manas program is very transformational and it was a very empowering experience to learn all mediation techniques from her. Managing day to day stress and anxiety was a challenge for me and after the Manas class, in just 4 weeks, I have improved 10x in stress management.
