I took my 10 year old son here because he was experiencing a lot of bad days at school. He claimed all the kids were speaking negatively to him, the teachers were ignoring him etc... and it lead to many sad days. I feared that this would only get worse and my Mom brain just wanted to get him to stop the negative thoughts and self talk. Chris helped my son tremendously by giving him the tools to use his mind for himself rather than letting his thoughts take over. I can already see the difference this has made. We have VERY few bad days now. These are valuable tools that I believe everyone could benefit from. On another note, Chris is extremely friendly and professional.
