It’s ok, some of the staff is helpful (gui with the fridges is great) some of the staff isn’t. They told me I couldn’t bring my dog in before then I saw someone with a dog in there yesterday. Make sure you double check the receipt if you’re getting loose nuts and bolts.Got a really good deal on a new fridge after shopping around tho.

WOULD GIVE 0 stars if I could. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. Made an hour drive as I had baseboards to return and to purchase other items not available at nearby stores to bring back some baseboards.once I get there it started raining and the carport in front of the store was full of cars so I unloaded the baseboards from my ENCLOSED trailer onto a cart and brought it in. They refused the returns stating that I had left it in the rain for too long when it took 15 seconds to get from my trailer to the store. They refused to check the cameras or to even come outside to see that it was raining and that I had an enclosed trailer. Wort home depot by far. You’re better off going to another one

Today, I arrived to the store a bit disappointed. Khaled Ilias helped me navigate through a bunch of questions. I had been to 2 other stores right before and due to a stock issue, I was directed to this store. Unfortunately, also not in stock. Ilias ended up helping me find another comparable product and did everything he could to help me out. He has great overall knowledge and excellent customer service skills! He helped me compare products and upsold me!

I ordered a fridge and stove a few months ago with a delivery scheduled for May 23th, as I was moving into a new apartment. However, they were not delivered until May 31st, resulting in a loss of over $300 worth of food. I strongly advise against purchasing any appliances from Home Depot.

I went to the store at the end of march to purchase a range with delivery to April. One day before the delivery I received a call saying it was on back order and it would not be delivered. I went to the store and I received the information that there was around 400 ranges in stock and my delivery was rescheduled. One day before the new delivery I got a call saying that it would make more 2 weeks. It’s May and I have no range, I went back to the store multiple times and it’s just a lack of respect. I will never buy anything at Home Depot and it was a lesson learned the worst way.

The customer service is not good here. I am a Pro Xtra member who spend at least 2,000CAD for a WEEK. I bought a Milwaukee Track Saw that cost 550. I didn’t like it after I used only once(bought 2 days ago). They refuse to refund saying we can’t accept any used item.1. How do I know the power of the saw before I use it? It even couldn’t cut one rip cut of pine wood without stop. 2. Where is 90 day satisfaction guarantee? I paid 550 for the item HomeDepot does not even guarantee the quality. 3. The staff came and said to me “why did you bring it here? Why?! You used it. We can’t sell it’”. He was angry at me without no reason to be, instead of being civil and explain nicely(I still wouldn’t like the way HD deal with return though).The return policy is way behind the industry standards. The rudeness of the staff does not help either.

Seems fine to me. They always have whatever it is that I'm looking for, and there is always someone there ready to make sure I find it. It might take a little while to flag down someone to help, but I guess that's because they're busy with the many people who show up.

I was surprised when they insulted me and attacked me when I wanted to use the selfservice checkout and let another person use it. I promise I will never buy anything from home Depot and not recommend it for anyone, I recommend you to visit Rona as they respect their customers and the prices are really good.

Very disappointed with my latest visit to this home depot location. Needed help to access an orbital sander I wished to purchase. I walked around and couldn’t find anyone to help. There were 5 people standing around the self checkout so I asked if someone had the key so I could access the product - the reply from a lady named Anna “I don’t speak English” - in perfect English. The lady behind me translated in French because she had been waiting forever too - very poor conduct and I would expect better treatment. Maybe a little empathy to help a person struggling to communicate a difficult term in French shouldn’t just be ignored.
