FABULOUS. I can't say enough good things about this small business. First, I own a small apartment building and know how hard it is to find good repair people and what a nightmare it can be if you don't. Based on customer reviews, I called Alex at Roman Appliance Repair Services with an emergency Samsung refrigerator repair around 10 AM, and he was at my place by 1 PM. He was familiar with the problem (which I'd already researched) and quickly and accurately diagnosed it. Alex explained the repair, showed me the parts, and gave me a firm quote for both parts and labor. He fixed it on the spot including an amazingly fast defrost to remove ice buildup (no 24-hour defrost and all the inconvenience that goes with that). Alex was honest, thorough, reasonably priced, polite, and done in about 2 hours! Roman quickly diagnosed the problem, and although the repair was slightly more than I had hoped he convinced me that the washer was superior to anything I could currently buy and worth repairing. My experience with Roman Appliance Repair Services was great. I contacted him this morning about a rumbling fridge and he came out a few hours later. He stayed for a couple hours diagnosing the problem and defrosting ice in the fridge and ice in the pipes. A past technician from another company had me defrost the fridge myself overnight, so I really appreciated not having to unload the contents of my fridge and freezer again. We called Alex(Roman Appliance Repair Services) this morning after waking up and realizing our fridge had stopped working and he was out not even 3 hours later.
