Richmond ENT - Dr. Bella Wu

A very not available ENT. I had to call the receptionist to ask for an appointment at least 10 times and she gave me an appointment which was 1 and a half year wait! Extremely unbelievable and caused me to ask to get referred to another ENT with a 1 month wait. If you don’t want to wait that long please ask your family physician to refer you to another one.The receptionist says Bella is always on call and sees patients faster depending on what condition they have which I believe should be based on a first come first serve. Again, a very unavailable ENT.

I’m not sure where the rest of the review giving five stars comes from? The specialist Mrs. Wu was a very impatient and speaks down loudly and rudely at anything that was being asked. Very impatient in listening and cuts you off when we’re trying to explain situations that are causing discomfort. This specialist literally flips an white eye! Anymore flipping of her eyes I’d say she’d go blind. Will never attend her again as she was pretty much useless and didn’t allow any questioning to her actions. Will go see the family doctor to do another EMT referral. I would rather wait another year to see another specialist than see her again. Her receptionist was a sweet lady tho.

Very detailed and thorough. Listens to your specific scenario and puts her experience to work! Would definitely recommend.

My mom asked me to write this review on her behalf. She came here today to get her ears/hearing checked. She said Dr Wu was very kind, caring with attention to detail. On top of that the receptionist was so unbelievably patient and warm.Thanks Dr Wu & team!- Ms Leung
