I mean, who doesn't like DQ!? This location though, has a problem with understaffing (only one person in the kitchen after supper rush?) I always feel like I am waiting way too long for an order that I pre-ordered on the app! Unfortunately I am drawn to this location as it is one of the only ones that use the mobile app for mobile orders - none anywhere near do this for some reason.

Walked in, stood in line waiting for the DQ worker to finish dealing with all the delivery drivers. Finally ordered a couple of the 2 for 6 burgers, waited by till then heard a ding from a microwave, 10 seconds later burgers were in the window to be bagged. Not fresh by far. And the customer service worker couldn't even put napkins into the bag. I'd rather go across the street to the sandwich melt.

I don’t get all the negative reviews; I guess the pompous downtown folk are expecting fine dining from a fast food joint. Got Blizzards here last night and they were made quite well. The staff were friendly and things were out in a timely manner. There was an abundance of sketchy homeless people around (including one who came in and made a nest out of one of the booths), but that’s downtown for you. Not the staff’s fault.

Went and got 1 medium blizzard that came out like soup and waited over 8 minutes for this pathetic excuse for a medium sundae. Mind you this was less than a minute after receiving it. I've worked at Dairy Queen before. This wouldn't fly at the one I worked at. Do better

Over the summer I started coming to this dairy Queen as it was so hot I couldn't eat cooked food without overheating.The team at this location is pretty amazing, always friendly, very fast and accurate service.Harjot in particular is particularly great, he goes above and beyond to make service a breeze.He is always friendly, even in the face of rude customers, and always checks the orders before he serves them to you!FoodwiseI'd highly recommend the frosted Sugar cookie blizzard, the chicken strips, and the onion rings.The sugar cookie blizzard in particular is more than a little addictive!The only downsides are that with the location being on Jasper Avenue there are often transient people hanging out outside and sometimes (when they have money) inside, so the environment can be a little unpleasant.
